So much ice in my wife and I’s drink we can’t even get the liquid through the straw let alone stir it. We shouldn’t have to stir it as we ordered SHAKEN espressos but we were given them to us just poured guess we have to shake it ourselves at this location only so much ice won’t even allow the thing to move, I’m pretty sure there is a measurement requirement for the ice in each size drink if I took all the ice out I would have a literal splash. We hardly come here because they never make our drinks correct it’s been a year and well I learned my lesson. This location still lacks accuracy, another waste of my money. Very disappointed.

I frequently stop in here because not only is my drink correct every single time but the staff are incredibly friendly and professional. I never have a single issue this location. The staff love their jobs (as far as you can tell), the team works together incredibly well and everyone smiles and greets every single customer. If I could give them more stars I would. I adore this location and generally do not like stopping places without a drive thru but I walk into this location usually 2-3 times per week based on my work schedule. :) Definitely my favorite location in the valley.

I really love Starbucks and but fourcstars here because this is litteraly the only one in several in this city with zero toilet seat covers for customers which is pretty unsanitary, and one of their roll down sun shield is broken and winds down way past the ground and it's been like that for years? Also, they took out all the chairs and tables during covid, including the outside and now keep only a minimal amount and zero still outside.Seems like management here isn't doing some needed customer friendly things, in my opinion. All these things are not happening at all the other Starbucks, like five others in Medford.
The 2 young lady's were more interested in there phones then custermer service I stood there for almost 5 min when they realized I was there waiting one of the girls finely put her phone down I told her she should respect her job and I turned around and walked away not getting anything and headed over to dutch brothers instead.

Nice stop on our way to California. Very big Starbucks in the Fred Meyers! A number of big, comfy chairs and tables with outlets. Great stop!
Parking: Fred Meyers lot.
Kid-friendliness: A couple of high chairs for use.
