89% of the time it's perfection!! Pricey compared to Dutch Brothers. They need to all remember that vanilla goes in the Carmel macchiato's!! But they are always great about fixing it!!

Definitely not recommend due to safety issues. This seems to be a place where all the junkies and homeless people and pedophiles get to hang out all day! When issues are reported to the mall staff or security nothing is ever done about it! Why would a business allow these creeps and drug addicts to hang out there all day? It looks really bad when a family comes to the mall and the first thing you see before you walk in are zombie looking addicts who clearly have no business b

Starbucks is pretty expensive and it is hard to be comfortable when the place is very cold. Most Starbucks locations are cold. The coffee inconsistent at each one. Alot could be done to improve Statbucks locations.

The nastiest Starbucks I've been to in a long time. Dirty floors and counters, and nasty dirty rags laying around. I ordered two drinks and when they were given to me they both had at least three inches of empty space at the top. I paid $7.50 for these drinks and you want to short me three inches? I asked for them to be filled up and they were but they should have been filled up without me asking.
