It was my first time visiting the Starbucks in Medford, Oregon, and I had a wonderful experience! The store has a welcoming vibe, and the staff was friendly and efficient. The coffee was delicious, and the atmosphere was perfect for relaxing or getting some work done. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in the area!

Sat in the drive-through behind a vehicle at the window, having a 5 minute chat with the server as she leans on the window shelf just chattin' away. Then I got my drink which was so bland I couldn't even drink it. Sorry for not so good review.

I love this place and go here often, but I'm wondering why they are litteraly the only of many Starbucks in Medford that does not provide sanitary toilet seat covers for their customers, and since the covid debacle, they never have replaced the nice patio chairs and tables, and large umbrellas? Why?

Hours in store aren’t reflected on app. This store decided to close earlier than posted and caused a wasted trip for my family. There was a handwritten sign saying they closed early for the holidays. I understand that and encourage it, but it needs to be reflected on their app so people don’t waste their time. It still stated it was open after I arrived at the store to see that it was physically closed. This sort of thing reflects poorly on the store’s management.

Stopped by a typical Starbucks for my usual coffee fix and decided to use the mobile order option for convenience. I ordered a couple of lattes, and the process was smooth and easy. By the time I arrived, my order was ready and waiting for me, which made the experience quick and hassle-free. The staff was friendly, and the service was great. My lattes were perfectly prepared, just the way I like them. Overall, the experience was efficient and pleasant, with no delays or issues. Starbucks continues to impress with their consistent service and quality coffee.

The location is okay, it’s the baristas being rude to each-other. Someone asked for help and the each-other were rude to her and then when they saw her struggling with getting bags they just barked at her rather than helping her. Seemed a bit hostile to work there.

This is a great Starbucks! My mobile order was always ready on time, or even early. They always acknowledged when I stepped inside, asking the name on my order and kept me updated on the status. Our drinks are always delicious, and they followed all the changes and instructions on the order, which is rare.
