Lady in the drive thru always with an actitud when she does not understand the order. And our drink never tastes good. We will be going to the location in phoenix they way nice will all customer. I think she doesn’t like people with an accent cause my friend told me she does the same to him.

I love this place and go here often, but I'm wondering why they are litteraly the only of many Starbucks in Medford that does not provide sanitary toilet seat covers for their customers, and since the covid debacle, they never have replaced the nice patio chairs and tables, and large umbrellas? Why?

Usually don't leave reviews for Starbucks but this one had some of the friendliest baristas I've seen. Excellent customer service.
Hours in store aren’t reflected on app. This store decided to close earlier than posted and caused a wasted trip for my family. There was a handwritten sign saying they closed early for the holidays. I understand that and encourage it, but it needs to be reflected on their app so people don’t waste their time. It still stated it was open after I arrived at the store to see that it was physically closed. This sort of thing reflects poorly on the store’s management.
