Love going to Starbucks as they have absolutely the best service around. Their coffee is really amazing with lots of choices. It's a real treat when we go to an area that has a Starbucks because we're from the coast where it takes us an hour to get to one. I particularly enjoy the white chocolate mocha and I always ask for the almond milk variety. It's just delicious. My husband enjoys a nice cup of regular black coffee and they always come through. The service is fantastic and it's fun to sit inside for people watching

This Starbucks runs well and feels good to be in. The layout is open and well-designed, but what really stands out is the staff. They work seamlessly as a team - efficient, friendly and consistently welcoming. I’ve even made a few new friends here, which says a lot about the kind of environment they’ve created. The espresso is excellent. Easily my favorite Starbucks.

I don’t go to Starbucks often at all, but I do every time I go to cars and coffee and this place is usually friendly with everyone having a positive attitude. Today I walked in and stood in line with the attendance back to me while she was having a personal conversation. This is not a problem at all with me, but she turned around, said hello and then turned her back to continue her conversation for almost a full minute. This acknowledgment and then return to conversation is my problem. Not only is it disrespectful and rude, but it makes me never wanna come back. It wasn’t until I turned around to leave that she said she could take my order just as I got to the door. Again, personal conversations are fine, but don’t acknowledge your customer when you’re completely dead and then turn around to continue your personal conversation.

This is the only location I’ve ever been to where they wouldn’t let me modify a drink.
I travel and visit Starbucks very frequently and order the same thing every time. They wouldn’t let me substitute the milk and change the syrup flavor because there is something similar on the menu that makes it $2 more. A barista at a different Starbucks told me to order it this way because of the price difference and I’ve done it this way since, with all of the Starbucks I have gone to supporting this way of ordering bc of how ridiculous the price difference is. (Oatmilk menu drinks have not had price adjustments for the surcharges that no longer exist for ordering alternative milk)
It’s a fault in the way the menu is set up and it’s ridiculous to be so uptight about a drink with two modifications.

What can I say? It's a Starbucks, and I think they're all basically the same, which I think says they have good management for a large chain of food-related stores.
The drink was made quick and everyone was super friendly but do not go here if you are planning to study or work for multiple hours. The chairs are extraordinary uncomfortable to the point where I left earlier than I wanted because I had back pain. Maybe I'm just dramatic but it hurt lol.
