We went into this location tonight (11/29) and one young male employee was the only worker. He was fabulous, he made great sandwiches and he was extremely friendly and kind towards our kids. This was the best Subway service and sandwiches we've had in a while!

I placed a mobile order for a sandwich at this location. When I arrived, no one was at the counter. After a moment, an employee came out chewing food, didn’t acknowledge me, and simply asked what I wanted. I mentioned I had a mobile order, and she handed it to me. When I got home and was halfway through my sandwich, I noticed a hair wrapped around it. I called the store to explain the situation and requested a refund since I was on my lunch break and couldn’t return in person. The employee asked for my name, confirmed the order, said she’d issue the refund, and hung up while I was still speaking—without an apology or any courtesy. Overall, the service was unprofessional and disappointing.

Almost forgot my credit card, friendly employee came out and gave me the card back while I almost drove off without it. The sandwiches are delicious. Will be back and thank you very much.
will not be going back. Asked for 3 protein bowls made chicken, bacon, and ranch. He heated the wrong chicken, and then told me it'd be extra for the bacon. When I questioned it, he said; "because I put the wrong chicken in it." I'm not paying extra because you made a mistake. He proceeded to make the bowls when his coworker told him to just put the chicken back and make it the way I asked. Then I asked for a breakfast sandwich and they didn't put any egg on it as requested. The guy was touching his face the entire time and looked so annoyed by everything. It was nasty and appalling. Even asked if I wanted everything heated up and I said yes. The chicken was real cold as well as the bacon. Terrible customer service.

Just stopped in, was decently busy with only one employee working the front. Ciara(dunno if thats how you spell her name) was fantastic. Despite being the only employee dealing with a long line, she kept her cool and was friendly with everyone. She took the extra time to make sure the sandwiches were made right and with care. If you had more employees like her, I'd stop in more often.
The young lady working had exceptional customer she went above and beyond for anybody and everybody who walk through the door she stayed late just to help the customers that were already there and she didn't refuse
