Subway (Rogue Valley Mall)

PETER WAS AMAZING! He served my friend and I following a swim meet, he was so nice and gave us two delicious sandwiches!

So I had gone in to the Rogue Valley Mall Subway. Not even to order anything for myself I was actually at the mall returning my motocross helmet from Amazon and a Gentleman who was clearly homeless asked me if I had any food when I was locking up my bike.
I didn't have any food on me so I offered to buy him a Subway sandwich because I used to be homeless myself and I really felt for the guy and as we approach the counter the subway employee that was working around 5:30 p.m. on August 10th refused service. I told her that it's one sandwich it's not for me it's for the gentleman that was accompanying me and she straight up told us NO I am not making any more sandwiches I close in 2 hours. I literally looked at her with the most disgusted an appalled look on my face and Not only was I extremely livid and disgruntled two other young boys who were trying to get sandwiches before we had walked up to the counter she had refused them also but she had fulfilled an online order for a lady that walked in and she was literally preparing the online order right in front of us but she kept telling us that she was not doing any more walking orders whatsoever. I used to work at that Subway back in 2016 and not once did I ever not show anyone empathy or the utmost kindness and I absolutely never refused serviced not 2 hours before we close and not even 5 minutes before we closed. I really hope that Liz the district manager sees this review and has a serious talk with this girl because that was outrageous. If it wasn't for Liz the district manager who gave me a chance unemployment when I first got into recovery back in 2016 I would not be the man I am today and I strongly feel that she should not have somebody like this girl working on her staff.

Waited for a while, no employee, even after asking another restaurant, they couldn't find an employee either. Ended up going to another subway down the road that had employees on Biddle

I have tried numerous times to call the restaurant about this issue and there is no answer. I got 2 wraps #45 and #40 to take home. They were not good at all. The wrap was just thrown together, stuffed with sour lettuce, very little meat and on the honey mustard one there was almost no sauce. The wrap was not even wrapped but just folded in half. Really terrible.

there was dandruff on the workers shirt. it made me feel sick to my stomach when my mom pointed it out to me

Very rude employee charged me for a large soda when I had a refill and when I asked he told well if you don't like it you can ho somewhere else so I did will never go back to that subway

I like this place the delicious foods

Waiting in line for 20 minutes and then was ignored and she helped the next person behind and had then order at the register and not the line that was formed.

Subway in the Rogue Valley Mall. Great service here and good food, like any other subway.

The gentleman working today is by himself and it was really busy. He did a very good job and was very patient.

Came in @ 2:30 on April 30th...Your employees are sooooo super nice and helpful. Not only did they make an awesome sub, but they made the rest of my day awesome!!Thanks again!!

Well, the sandwich was good, but apparently the reduced capacity individual that made the sandwich probably shouldn’t be working with people.12//22/22Haha… well it seems like you think that the ends justify the means so basically what you’re saying is when cops brutalizing beat people because it’s in the name of justice, it’s legit. So you can bark and grunt at people yeah because you’re trying to make a living it’s justified. Well folks why would you buy stuff here? Because this guy can’t take criticism he’ll make a sandwich for you and because he’s making a living it’s OK. There are plenty of other subway sandwiches here in Medford and I will never go to your store ever again because you’re making a living. You can just do whatever you want to.

I bought a sandwich and they wouldn't give me a small complimentary water, come on people quit being so cheap

The service was terrible the guy was really rude but the food was okay aka go to a different subway.
