Good food great prices great customer service. We always like coming to the subway for location and ease of access during our lunch breaks.

If I could give this place less than one star, I absolutely would. Unfortunately, Google doesn’t allow ratings below one star, or this establishment would receive a zero.
I placed my order online at 9:15 PM and waited outside, assuming the process would be quick, especially since there were no other customers at the time. A few minutes later, I watched walk-in customers enter and get served immediately, while my online order was completely ignored. I remained patient, thinking it wasn't a big deal — until another DoorDasher arrived after me and was handed an order right away.
By 9:30 PM — the time my order was supposed to be ready — I walked in to check on the status. The staff member casually told me he was just starting on my order. Moments later, two customers came in with large orders, and unbelievably, he prioritized them as well. At this point, it was clear something was wrong.
When I returned around 9:35–9:40, those two customers were already walking out with their food. As I walked in, the staff member looked at me and loudly snapped, “I’m not done,” in an unnecessarily rude tone. I walked out again, shocked by the lack of basic courtesy.
At 9:45 — 30 minutes after I had placed my order — I went back in and sat down, expecting that my food would be almost ready. Instead, he looked me in the eye and said, “I haven’t started your order yet.”
This was infuriating. Not only had I been misled earlier when he said my order was being prepared, but he also showed absolutely no regard for my time or the fact that I had been waiting outside for half an hour.
I finally left at 9:50 PM — 35 minutes after placing a simple online order. I had chosen this location to pick up dinner for my children, expecting a quick and easy experience. When I arrived home, they had already fallen asleep without dinner.
This experience was beyond disappointing. It was disorganized, disrespectful, and frankly unacceptable. I will never return to this location again, and I highly recommend others think twice before ordering from him. - (The guy wears a football subway jersey along with a cap.)

I had been here to order a sandwich and the lady at the restaurant was extremely rude and unprofessional. She seemed to act like she's not interested in her role and was extremely impatient. She was cussing and swearing as she was making the sandwich. This was at 9am so it's not end of the day blues. Her behavior kind of made me feel unsafe and I would not recommend this place.

Very bad service
Rude rude rude. No customers and employee just ignored me. It was an older black guy at around 220 pm on sat. May 10th. I wouldnt trust someone like that to make my sandwich. Subway i Medford of Biddle . Stay AWAY
The single staff member visible was more intent on completing what I think was an online order than they were helping me, the only customer physically in the store. I was very close to just walking out because of the delay.

Went there before because I had a good experience, this time the staff was a bit snippy and I got sick from my sandwich. Had to walk around boxes that were out, which wouldn't of been such a big deal except I almost tripped over them when walking back after getting chips.

This is my favorite place to go. NEVER (almost) have great service. But lately there is one staff (Pink/Black hair) very rude, quite, NO acknowledgement that you've even come in. Today she was cheesing the top of the bread loafs. I was waiting for her to say " Thank you for coming in, I'll be with you shortly" NOTHING, she wouldn't even look at me. I was on my way to work so I left. On my way out I said "Thank you"

Last night, I took an individual I support to this Subway for dinner. The store only had one customer and their son eating and there was no line. We went in and the individual I was with was waiting to place their order. 2 staff were in the back talking. We waited a few moments and one finally came out, not acknowledging us at all. He slowly began doing an online order. We waited a bit longer and a line began building up behind us. The employee in the back just stood there and watching. Finally I spoke up and asked if we could order. The employee that was doing the online order finally looked at us and said he was too busy with online orders, we would have to wait. I asked how long of a wait it would be, he responded with an "I don't know". The individual I was with requested to leave, they didn't want to wait. We left and by the time we got to our vehicle, we saw that the other employee came out and started helping customers that were behind us in line. I am very unhappy with the service, or should I say lack of service provided at this location. I had to reassure my individual they did nothing wrong, as they asked why staff would not take their order. I have brought this issue with my supervisor at my work.
I went into the Subway off a Bittle road around 4 o'clock on Tuesday December 10th. The young man behind the counter was fixing 2 sandwiches for his friend and he was very slow lo. While he was visiting with his friend, it took him 15 minutes. To make 2 sandwiches and he loaded those sandwiches down for his friand giving him extra of everything, I just thought you should know the man behind me. In line flfinally left out of frustration because he was talking more than he was preparing sandwiches.

My daughter went down to get three sandwiches for 17.99. She walked in showed the coupon and they went to work. They made three sandwiches but charged for two Italian sandwiches and 2 turkey sandwiches but only brought home 3 sandwiches. When I called to clear this up she admits she forgot about the coupon but demands my daughter hand it to her. So the hung up the phone and won't take my calls. I will get this resolved. They stole 17 bucks and I will not tolerate it
