It was a pick up order. WORST sandwiches from a subway we have EVER had and I eat a lot of subway. The philly cheesesteak was full of mayo and bread was hard. Not to mention is looked like an overcooked hot dog bun. We ate it cuz we're sitting at the hospital with our sick child. Not many options here. So disappointing.. At least the order was right.

Since I am gluten free vegan they put my "sandwich" in a bowl like a salad. They gave me a packet of mayo and mustard. Why? Who puts that on a salad. It was a waste and thrown away.

Ordered doordash- through the app. Paid for 2 sandwiches that didn't have the right toppings, bread was super old.
This pregnant mama hates olives and pickles and got both on a my sandwich. Luckily im not allergic or it would've been a worst review.
Also hair in my bread?
Also no way to resolve this. Subway has no help. Wont be returning.

I tried the new ghost pepper bread. It was quite good. I also tried the pretzel. Absolutely disgusting. It's like a sweet roll. So very sweet! Why is it so sweet?!
Don't buy the pretzel...

Horrible customer service by the boys working the closing shift. The Churro was rock hard, as though it had been sitting in a warmer for way to long. I took it back into them and asked about it, and the response I was given was "well you waited to long to eat it" I picked up my order at 9:30 the time I was given that it would be ready, and brought it in at 9:37, so 7 MINUTES .. absolute worst Churro, and customer service I've ever had from a Subway.

Update: I received a response from Subway but it doesn’t sound like an apology or accepting criticism but rather a Blatant Sarcastic response about Common sense lol. The Other QSRs are far better than you Subway (Medford, OR). In fact Subway California at least has the basic decorum to ask customers about their Dietary restrictions and change the gloves accordingly. Looks like the person who served us just responded sarcastically proving our case

I think Being a vegetarian and visiting this store is a curse. They don’t care about the dietary restrictions of customers. The attendant who made our subs was very rude and doesn’t have the minimum common sense to change gloves when handling both veg and meat subs. And on top of that, she has the audacity to cut me off in middle of the conversation when I am responding back about my allergy but at the same time when a non color customer visited the store she was sweet as sugar. Do you support this subway ??

I didn’t even get to order. I was in the drive-thru and the lady taking our order took a couple minutes to even help up, which wasn’t a problem. Then we started ordering and she took like 5 minutes between us telling her what we wanted before we could move on to the next item. When she finally asked us what we wanted for our second sandwich, I began telling her what I wanted and she straight up started ignoring me and helping a guest in-store, we could literally hear her taking the order of someone else on the intercom. I just pulled out and left because that was ridiculous, she asked me what I wanted and then completely ignored me.

Used the website to order the bogo promo. There is no option to pay with cash at the store. The sandwich menu is subjective, who knows how much -More- is, I sure don't. So the Sub tasted different and knew instantly they forgot a sauce. I will never use the app. Or website again.

Store hours are not accurate. Waited in the drive thru for too long before I realized they closed down early on a Friday night. 30 min early on a firday night was a pretty disappointing.

I didn't want to make the same comment again, but unfortunatley same issue happened 2 more times this week. Everytime I sit in the drive thru waiting and waiting for someone to take my order until I eventually go inside for the employees to tell me they close at 11 30 on weekends.

10 minutes waiting to order and neither of the 2 employees helped. This isn't the first time this has happened at this location. Save your time and go somewhere else
