Best ice cream I’ve ever had from a shop. My husband and I were craving ice cream but not from a chain spot, like Baskin Robbin’s or Coldstone. An independent shop with homemade ice cream. Harper’s ice cream is exactly that. You can tell the owners really passionate about what he does and encourages you to try every flavor.
