Best ice cream I’ve ever had from a shop. My husband and I were craving ice cream but not from a chain spot, like Baskin Robbin’s or Coldstone. An independent shop with homemade ice cream. The best ice cream in the state of Oregon that I have found. It’s hard to find real homemade ice cream but this is it! Spoke to the owner while he was scooping my ice cream; he obsesses over making the best ice cream possible and it shows. Great texture, a balanced base, and flavors that stand out without getting in the way. I’ll be back whenever I’m in the area.

Harper’s has the best ice cream I have ever had and I have had some ice cream!!! If your reading this just stop already, go get you some and see for your self. The staff is pretty awesome too!!!
