Rolled ice cream was os gross and freezer burned and marshmallows were crunchy🤮

My kids absolutely love there snow bubble tea! Everything they have tried has been very good.

I asked him for a classic lemonade he then repeated the order back to me and then handed me a boba tea instead. SMH👎

terrible service. I told the lady at the counter exactly what i wanted, she got mad when i told her i didnt get enough change, and gave me the wrong thing!!

To the white girl who was giving attitude for no reason. Listen grumpy, it's not our fault you was working on Saturday on the 15 of February .We told your grumpy self thank you and your grumpy self didn't say anything back and rudely gave our rolled up cookies & creme ice cream like you was mad that we was there making you work more like isn't that your job ?.Thank god that is my first and last time going there to buy from that place.

I always ordered my drink from here but today I am not happy with my drink and it’s flavorless no sweetness but the guy who always there to make drinks he is awesome please stay there cuz the girl who is working there she’s not fully prepared yet not happy today

I was at the mall, and hot topic didn't have my size shirts. That kinda sucks. Stacy at subway was a bit rude. My mom didn't want boba and wouldn't let me buy all the stuffies. John at chicken shanty was a bit salty. Boba was quite delightful, despite my sister spilling some of it . Lady's that work at sweet satisfaction, were both nice about me being kinda deaf .

This place is good! Far far beyond we tried rolled ice creams they were fresh and flavorful, boba is the best in town, creamy and chewy tapioca.. they don’t use fructose syrup for bobas fresh milk and creamer and flavors are good!

We had a wonderful experience! My partner and I visited this place and loved their service. The desserts were absolutely delicious, especially the ones recommended by the chef. The staff was very attentive and made us feel right at home. We will definitely come back again, highly recommend to everyone!
