$19.50 for a very basic eggs, hashbrowns & bacon breakfast. We ended up throwing away the pancake order. Breakfast burrito was ok at best. Never again!

I have never written a review on here before. I took one bite of the brisket and it was stale and stringy. Nasty. The macaroni salad tasted like pure salt. Please don’t ever eat here.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have experienced from this company. The employees were so damn rude and started cussing when I said I didn't appreciate their customer service skills when they messed up my oder and told me to leave.

I visited the Medford location at approximately 10:45 am as a DoorDasher to collect an order. I requested to use the restroom, but one of the employees, a larger gentleman, informed me that restroom facilities were reserved for paying customers only. I perceived this decision as discriminatory, particularly given my history as a paying customer and my role in supporting local businesses through delivery services. Consequently, I intend to discontinue my services as a Dasher and refrain from patronizing this establishment in the future. It doesn't cost anything to be kind. For that reason alone, im giving it a one-star, very hostile environment.

We had the absolute pleasure of having our daughter’s wedding brunch catered by Sweet Tea Express, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, everything was flawless. The food was amazing — fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about it!

The team arrived right on time and had everything set up and ready to go without a hitch. The service was outstanding — professional, attentive, and seamless. Special thanks to Greg, the owner, who was incredibly communicative throughout the planning process. He listened to what we wanted, made helpful suggestions, and ultimately delivered even more than we expected.

We’re so grateful to Greg and his team for helping make such a special day even more memorable. Highly recommend for any event!

Wife and I rolled in just before 4pm Saturday... didn't realize they close at 4!! Fella inside kindly let us know they were closing in 5 minutes, and then continued to take our order anyway!! We thought we would leave them and try another day, but the server refused, told us it was fine! Let me tell ya, we took home 2 of the tastiest, best cooked, juiciest burgers in town!!! Thanks again boys!! We really enjoyed our dinner this evening!!

First off the tea, their namesake, was perfect. I'm a Midwesterner and I'm here to tell you, they nailed it. Got a brisket sandwich and it was pretty good as well. Limited parking but the service was excellent. The place was clean and well furnished. Well done. 10/10 raring to go again.

My sandwich was fully pink

Watching these people all make your food with no gloves. Making your salads with hands, touching the toppings, and handling money. Grossest thing I’ve ever watched.
