literally just what is this never come here they mess something up every time save yourself some time and your money go to crater lake.
Horrible customer service. Personal conversations should not be a first. Customers waiting up front should be a first. And also almost 90% of the tables for guests to sit at were not cleaned.

With the order screens it de-socializes the whole thing its kinda lame. To add to that the quality of food has gone down and the price has gone up.

Service is terrible we get attitude from employees every time we come here. They don’t even melt the cheese on the food and when you ask for the bathroom code they tell you they have to let you in but then they don’t. They just go on about working and ignore the fact that you’re standing at the bathroom trying to get the hell in. Their lobby is never clean, and their bathroom is absolutely disgusting. They don’t clean the toilet clearly and everything in there is disgusting. And to top it off a majority of the time we come here if we need something, they ignore you while you’re standing at the front trying to get their attention. You literally have to yell at them sometimes to get them to come over.

Most garbage taco bell I've had yet. Ordered online and in person both experiences were abysmal garbage waste of time. Never go here if you want any kind of pleasent fast food experience. Over 2 hours of waiting for an online order and over an hour for in person cold nasty old food for a relatively small order. 100% would never go here again and I hope other don't have to suffer the same

Dear Taco Bell Customer Service,
I need to bring a serious issue to your attention regarding repeated bad experiences at your location. Over the last three days, my orders have consistently been poor in quality:
• The food has not been served hot and often tastes old.
• The chicken was rubbery and inedible.
• The tortillas that were supposed to be soft flour were hard and stale.
• Items are frequently missing from my orders.
• Most concerning, the beans were sour, smelled spoiled, and clearly not safe to eat.
This is unacceptable. Serving spoiled food is a health risk, and combined with the repeated mistakes and missing items, it shows a serious lack of care at this location.

The last 2 times I went there everything tasted like it had cinnamon in it. Not a little but a lot. The meat, the chips everything was so gross we had to throw most of it away. Very few workers are friendly.
Not going back to this one.
