Just came to say this is the best taco bell location in Medford.

The largest issue was that they failed to give me all the food I paid for. Once on the road after the drive through, I noticed I was missing a burrito which was one third of the $11 meal I paid for. Additionally, my drink was over half full of ice. It's probably an easy mistake to make, but I was looking forward to my Baja Blast š¢ The worker only said one word the entire time at the window too. The process took several minutes as I paid, waited, received my card back, received my drinks, my straws, waited, then got my meal. After telling me the total I was to pay, the entire exchange was shrouded in silence.
This location has been my GO TO for years now. They consistently provide outstanding portions, good to large amounts of food! Their team is always lovely to interact with, and if Iāve ever had a slight issue itās no problem to remedy. As a small business owner who loves Taco Bell, THIS is the best location Iāve ever been to. Big kudos to the team and culture.
Vegetarian options: The vegetarian options are good! And clearly labeled, at least online. Almost anything can be made vegetarian. It makes the process easy.

Got a party pack of tacos, asked for 6 of them to be vegan. And they put only cheese and lettuce on the tacos and they had an attitude from the start. It sucks because Iām a type 1 diabetic and I already took my shot for everything. And then I couldnāt even eat it. Absolutely donāt recommend this location.

This place is gross and awful. Employees are rude. Made us use kiosk then didn't give us drinks. We were ignored when we asked for them. And then opened food and it was disgusting.
Might be closed, not sure anyone is working there. Placed my order through the app, drove over and sat at the speaker for 5 minutes before a guy said no one was available to take my order. I then went inside and there were no employees or customers there. I then gave up. Also last two times they took my order it was messed up.

Taco was falling apart, literally no special sauce in my gordita crunch which is the whole point of getting that, and they forgot to give me my fire sauces. Donāt waste your time and money like I did

Dion was fantastic. Super Kind and helpful. I am vegetarian and I have a very particular pallet. She took the time to create my perfect order. I typically get A couple of the chips and cheese. Then multiple sides of red and green sauce, tomatoes, and make my own vegetarian nachos. I understand it can be frustrating for workers, but she was kind throughout. Afterwards I noticed she never stopped working and cleaning. The lobby completely spotless all while smiling and greeting customers. Dion was a treat to meet amd we are so grateful we chose this tacobell for our meal. I have been to other taco bells when I begin to order they show frustration either verbally with a sign or mumble under their breaths or physically with their posture or arm crossings. I appreciate your grace Dion. Keep up the great work
