Seems like everything I have gone there they do not make my order correctly. The last one was enough to make me rethink going to this location. While giving my order in the drive thru, they seemed to be having a conversation with someone else at the same time. Took my order, I confirmed 3 times that it was to be meat and cheese only as it's for my kiddos and one can't eat tomatoes or sourcream. So I get the order, pull out of the drive thru and check and they all had tomatoes and sourcream. Yes this may seem superficial but when your in a rush and they get something so basic wrong it's frustrating. Not to mention inconsistencies with barely any meat. One time there literally was one bite of meat and the rest was all cheese and a disturbing amount of sourcream.

Ordered a bunch of tacos and burritos and none of them were made right we didn’t get the shredded chicken burrito we ordered instead got something that was just gross and didn’t get our sauce

This particular Taco Bell has a tight, tricky drive up. Our big truck made it on our last visit; but we decided to park & go inside this time. There are two kiosks to place our order. We wanted the grilled stuffed steak burritos; but they were not on the kiosk menu. We placed our order, paid and went to the counter. The big, big fella behind the counter asked me if I figured out how to order. I told him, yes; but it isn't what we wanted. I looked up to see the burritos we wanted to order on the menu above the counter. I told the man and he said, "Oh, I can fix that. Oh wait, you paid. No, they're already making your food." I told him our last visit, at the drive through wasn't very good. We received the wrong order and paid for more expensive items. Anyway, I guess that's just the way things are. The man told us to skip the kiosk next time and come to the counter. Ok, will do.

I order for here at least 3 times a week on door dash. Every single time I never get the sauce packets I ordered!! I just received another order from here 10 min ago, I placed an outrageous sauce order of 20 sauce packets just to see if I would get ANYTHING!!!! Guess what.. I didn't get a single dog gone sauce packet! This food is nothing without the sauce! PLEASE start paying attention to the sauce orders. I would even say anything if it was just every now and then, but it's every single order. Multiple times a week!!!! How hard is it???

We were a party of 11. We came in for lunch after getting Christmas trees at a u-cut place. They did a great job, and all of the orders were right. We thanked them as we left, and they said that was they biggest order yet. God, job, guys.

Website should really update their hours. I work graveyard. Drive through tells me their closed at two am. Last week it was two thirty am and they were closed then too. Yet website says open.

We go there all the time. But lately the Cinnamon Twist doesn't have enough cinnamon on them. It used to only happen in the evenings but it's both swifts now. One time in the morning shift it has no cinnamon on it my husband has to go back and complain about it and after that is when started asking for extra cinnamon. Ya they give me the extra cinnamon but in a little container and I have to pour it on myself. I tried the new Strawberry Twist didn't have enough strawberry on it to bother with. So I don't get the cinnamon twist no longer and won't be getting the strawberry twist no longer
