I hate not being able to order with a live person, but instead an automated menu on the wall. The bathrooms now have a keypad so I could not use it when I needed it. I asked a staff member for the code but they wouldn't give it to me and said they were too busy to open it for me! I ordered several items for my husband & I, including 3 burritos, 1 with no onions. The special order item was not marked so how could I tell which was which? This is very serious, especially for people with food allergies! They had to make another one. We ordered a large & small drink but only had 1 cup. The young guy working there said the other cup was inside of the big cup! The cups are clear so the small cup was not visible inside of the large cup when my husband went to fill his drink! The guy had to bring me another cup! What has happened to customer service? It shouldn't be so hard! Mark special orders otherwise, what's the point!

The food was cold. Not just a couple of things. There were 4 of us and all the food was horrible. Employees were very rude and wouldn't help us when asked for simple things, like taco sauce. Horrible experience

It's a standard taco bell. I asked for rice, they charged me 50 cents for rice. I got no rice. :(

Always forget to add any condiments despite asking at window and at order stall.
Consistently ignore requests to remove items whether by allergen issue or just don't want on it despite it showing the request on the receipt.
Every time going thru, which at the moment is once every 2 weeks for the past 4 months. Staff is always laughing hard, which I don't have a problem with, but the effect that they forget what they are doing and are heavily distracted leading to a nice record of 27 minutes for drive through.
Staff is always friendly and when speaking are energetic about their work. Lacking a quality supervisor for efficiency and quality though.
2025 update. Ordered thru Uber. 2 person meal pack. Missing the veggie toppings on all items. Zero sauce packets. Missing 1 burrito. Crunchwrap had only meat inside.

Taco bell has this cheesy quesarito burrito. It's soo good. I'll share this with my hubby once a month. It's so good to pair it with a sprite. Yum . Ohh and the breakfast is pretty dang good too.

While the nuggets were fully cooked, you could tell the oil in the dryer needed to be changed as the food was dark and tasted like burned grease.

I order two order in one day. First order was for delivery they got every burrito wrong. It was 4 cheesy bean and rice with black beans and potatoes fresco style. None of the burritos had rice, one had only beans, only one had to potatoes and the last one had pico and beans. My second order was the same thing and I’ve been waiting over and hour to get it delivered. I doubt it will come out right at this point. But yeah this Taco Bell is pretty bad. I wouldn’t trust this crew to get your food order right.

Spent almost $20 and got a crunch wrap supreme that was pathetic and everything else was sub par. For over priced fast food it should be better. Not going again. GARBAGE!

So I came in to get my meal replaced because they gave me someone else's meal the night before I literally give them my order twice through the speaker in the Drive-Thru the manager literally has my receipt in her hand.
Which tells you everything I'm supposed to get which is just four items and they literally still mess that up and forget something. And if you are a manager and you're supposed to correct and make sure that it doesn't happen again and then guess what you guys forget stuff again. There was only four items you really should not be a manager.
Not just that when I was coming around the corner in the Drive-Thru last night there were two employees out smoking their weed pens not tobacco Vapes but actual weed Vapes with the cartridges yes weed is legal but you're not supposed to be consuming it while it work.
This location is a joke I'll never return, and believe me when I tell you on my social media account all of my local followers won't return either.

Terrible location it’s all soft order. They did not have nobody to take order nor they have menus. After making the order had to wait 15 minutes until got the food. They did not provide paper receipts. They will not give you your drinking cups until your order is complete and on top of that you have to ask them for a strong since they do not provide it. I do not recommend this facility to anyone. In order to use a restroom they did not provide you a code. They physically have to go and unlock the bathroom for you. I’m surprised that they do not walk in there with you and monitor. You use the restroom.

The order was messed up and the cantina tacos were totally smashed didn’t get half the he order so called and lady was so rude told us to bring back still nasty but they did remake the order but I will not go back to this Taco Bell
