Was just at the Springbrook location. 10am and no customers in the restaurant. Completely ignored me. The guy behind the counter saw me walk in and then went and started doing something with one of the coolers. Thia place obviously does not want your money.

Maybe if you sock check fools at the door , you can get better service. That being said:I like meat in the meal not scraps of meat filled with rice. (Surf and turf)Also make sure you get there early on Tuesdays. Being in line doesn’t matter. So if you want the taco Tuesday deal and stood in line for 35 minutes tough nuggets. Cutoff time isn’t Negotiable unless you're a cop. We walked in at the same time.Taking forever to make food and taking orders shouldn’t dictate my experience.I’ll stick to the trucks for now on.

Ordered Birria tacos (red tacos) the tortillas were uncooked , I also ordered the wet burrito which also wasn't good. The food was prepared rushed, the weekend burrito was put in the microwave. The food had no taste at all. I feel bad that they are giving mexican food a negativo image . The male cashier spilled my Birria in the cup and didnt even apologize or brother to give me a new cup .. I normaly don't even write reviews but i cant let them keep Robbing the medford people . I travel all the usa working and trust me your better off with tacobell , or chipotle.

Chilaquiles are super good, and with their thick cut tortilla chips, they get less soggy and are super tasty. The chimichanga with birria is super good, too! All of the staff are super nice and helpful.
