Stopped in by chance yesterday and I'm so glad I did. I had the fish tacos that were cooked while I waited. Lots of cod with an interesting sauce that I'll have to find out what it is. Sliced avocado on lettuce and topped with salsa as a side. Looked so tempting. Reasonable price and a very congenial person was operating the truck. Oh yes, I'll be back.

Stayed in Medford while traveling to Portland from LA. This hands down is better than a lot of taco trucks in LA. Wife had asada Tacos, and asada burrito. I had the tripa tacos and pambazo. Food was so good I forgot to take a picture of it cause we finished it all.

I asked what his best dish was and they made me a chicken burrito, it was small and they cut it in half. The chicken seemed like a frozen bag of chicken from the store. Then they over charged me for the burrito. There are like 30+ taco carts all around this valley, this one isn't it. Sorry, I gave it an honest try and let you guys pick the meal that best represents you and your food. ?♂️
