You can tell the quality of a place like this by ordering a burrito. Mine was 80% refried beans. Pretty disappointing.

Taco Truck with Excellent Queso Birria Tacos.
Just go buy a burrito and enjoy. This has been a favorite since they were in Phoenix. So delicious!

Supreme burrito extra spicy is top notch. Some of the best Mexican food around. Definitely my go to when I'm working in Medford.
