Best taco truck in medford. My favorite place by far.
Hands down the best taco truck in this valley! And its affordable 4 dollar Quesabirria tacos oh my God! I eat 2 and im so full. The only negative is they run out of product sometimes so call ahead cause its very busy!Parking: I believe the parking lot is the entrance right past the taco truck I always pull into the wrong spot next to the truck.

La flama is an accurate description. This place is definitely fire. Best al pastor anything in the valley. Really good salsas. Nachos are good as well. Haven't tried everything but everything I have had is great. I highly recommend going here if you haven't.

I was first turned onto Taqueria La Flama when my friend said that she noticed how late at night they stay open i.e. past midnight some days of the week. As there are few places to eat open late in the valley, I really appreciate that! Mid-afternoon there was a line for lenner. We liked that service was fast and they run efficiently giving you a number for your order so they can call that number when it's ready. They have a tent covering several tables so you can eat there or take food to go. The salsa bar was legit and you can help yourself to salsa and other toppings for your order while you wait. I got a couple of tacos - the flavors and juiciness of the meat is everything you look for.
