Clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Adam at the Front Desk is AWESOME and went above and beyond in assisting us. Food in The Bistro is good with Vegan options available. Favorite place to stay in Medford.
Stayed each way on a road trip from Bay Area CA to/from Seattle. Renovated clean rooms, modern bathrooms, easy to find. Great for overnight stay. Only downside is there are no EV charge spots close by. Had to drive 2mi to Target parking lot. Folks at the front desk were super friendly and responded quickly to requests despite high occupancy at the hotel (assumed based on cars in the parking lot).
This hotel is the best place when traveling by air. The hotel shares a parking lot with the airport. Can walk to departure/ arrival terminal.Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy beds. I recommend staying here, this was our 4th time staying here. Also close to Costco, fast foods, and shopping.
