This is a drive up quick food place. Good chicken, a little thin for my taste, but had a great selection of dipping sauces. No real place to eat. They had friendly service at the drive up window.

Decided to treat me & my daughter to something new, we went to the drive-through location on crater lake hwy. I got the coconut fried chicken basket, and my daughter got the spicy fried chicken basket and we got dirty sodas to drink. Everything was made perfectly. I didn’t see any flaws in the food we got. Especially loved the dragon fruit dipping sauce. Absolutely will be back again. Thank you!!

I doordashed from here tonight, the doordash driver demanded tips or to cancel my order! I called the Chicken Shanty and let them know about the driver and they cancelled it for me and gave the driver a bad review (I am pregnant and didnt want my food potentially messed with by the driver) I am very appreciative for their support and understanding!!

This places is amazing in many ways. Was told to hit this local spot and was not disappointed in anyway. I got chicken wings and love them. Wife and child got the strips and are not disappointed at all. If the ranch is homemade, love it if not still love it. If ever back here I will be hitting them up as I am from Canada would make a very large effort to eat here again.

Giving 3 stars because we didn’t end up getting food but it’s usually pretty good.
The customer service tonight was so unfriendly we ended up leaving and going to the Jackson location, which was great.
The kid here said literally 2 words to me, without ever looking up from his iPad.
Someone needs to let Gen Z know that if they get a job in “customer service” it means they’ll actually have to provide service to customers.
