Why is a meal with fries and a drink 13.99 but three tenders are 10.99? I wouldnāt have ordered just the three tenders if I was aware. Didnāt think fries and a drink would be worth $3.00 and assumed I would be paying for the fries as well with it being 11 dollars already. It was my mistake because I was the one that ordered it, I can own that, but what really tops it is when I went to confirm that it only came with chicken the employee or manager, an older gentleman, replied sarcastically saying he would be happy to add them if I paid for them. Good luck with bankruptcy!

It was my first time eating there even though I've passed by it the chicken strips were very small they were more like patties and they were not in the shape of typical chicken strips and what the picture show I brought it to their attention to and then you get a little tiny thing of coleslaw I mean for $12 it should be bigger and those strips were just sort of ridiculously small. Tasty but very small you can get regular thick great tasting chicken strips at Chick-fil-A for less money

First time eating here and I had a really nice experience. Food is pretty good and I think itās a pretty good price for what you get. Staff is also really friendly.
Only visiting the area but will definitely keep my eye out for other locations in the future.

I have been coming to this chicken shanty location for the last 6 months and just recently I'd say within the last 2 months the quality of food has absolutely plummeted. Extremely disappointed, my favorite item is the Octoberfest sandwich and I have gotten it with 3 different ābeer cheesesā within the same month. None of them were the original beer cheese. When I got my drink it was completely flat because it came from a can instead of the machine. And to top it all off they were pretty much out of every sauce, ranch? Nope. House southern? Nope. BBQ? Another nope. Please fix whatever has you giving out poor quality food to your customers

Honestly, i love the company as a whole, i have a shack right around the corner from where i live, and the food is awesome. But today i tried the mall location while i was on break from work. There was a new person being trained it appeared, no biggie, they said they would assist me when available, less than 5 mins, okay. Then, i assume its their manager or another co-worker comes by to help them, i am waiting for at least another 10 mins, and get nothing from the other employee, not even a glance or simple "hi". So i chose another option, hopefully that employee gets better service training and improves.

Chicken this good has no business being in a food court. I got the hot chicken. They made it fresh to order. It took longer than a usual food court order but very worth the wait
