I recently had the best lunch at the Cupcake Company. The restaurant is very cute, cozy and comfortable. We were greeted by friendly staff as soon as we walked in and made to feel welcome. My husband had a Tuna Melt and I had their Candied Walnut Salad. First of all, I have never had a better salad... YUM! My husband said the tuna melt was delish, as well! We both had cupcakes, which were moist, fresh and super yummy. Overall, the experience was delightful and I can't wait to go back. I'm definitely going to order my daughter's birthday cake from there!

With many vegetarian, and vegan options, personal favorite is the bacon breakfast sandwich for the morning, combined with the cute inviting atmosphere. The perfect relaxing way to start the morning. Hello friends of Medford area! I just picked up my baby's 16th Birthday day cake From the AMAZING The Cupcake Company . And they seriously outdid them selves! This company a locally owned and ran by the sweetest couple. They even came in on their closed day to make sure my girls cake was fresh and perfect. And that it is!!! 16 AND WILD. It's the Cake Taylor swift had on her 16th. And it came out more than perfect. I literally cried because it's so perfect. The the baker was soooooo sweet and talented.Never again will I get a cake at the big chain grocery stores. As they never come out right. And taste horrible.Dear @The the cupcake company, you have definitely made my Daughter the happiest birthday girl with her Taylor inspired cake!! Thank you.Yall don't sleep om this place!!! I needed 10 "fancy" cupcakes for an eight-year-old girl's birthday on short notice. I had no idea where to go, so I simply googled cupcakes in Medford and Cupcake Company was the first place to come up. Their service was amazing... I described what I needed over the phone and they made them even better than I'd hoped, and they tasted delicious. They even threw in two extra cupcakes at no extra cost. I will definitely use them again for events.

Delicious Pecan PiePecan Pie is a holiday order ahead item. We ordered one several years ago and it was delicious. I asked for one for my birthday the following February and they made one even though it was not the time of year they sell them. We had one again last week and it was as good as I remember.We live across the street and are occasional, not regular customers. I’m not a “cupcake” person. It does not occur to me to stop at a place with cupcake in the name. When we do make a stop, the service and food are excellent. I’ve always enjoyed sandwiches, sides, and cake from the cupcake company and have never been disappointed.The next time you are thinking about the subway a few feet away, bring it up a notch and stop here instead.

I really loved my beautiful wedding cake - it was a huge cake and was prepared well both with its moist texture and delicious frosting (like perfect frosting) to survive transport in high Summer to a remote venue where we were holding our reception.The owner of this bakery spent a lot of time working with my mom to bring my favorite cake (pink champagne) to life with an authentic flavor, and I appreciate that so much. I appreciate that my mom put so much heart into my wedding and that was reflected in the cake she commissioned through the Cupcake Company.You can't please everyone all the time, but I was so pleased and thankful.

This company took $250 from my mom and gave her a bone dry, inedible sheet cake for a family celebration on 8/12. I sent them an email last week requesting they make it right with her. No response, so here I am. There are plenty of talented bakers in this town, and many small businesses who would pounce on the chance to take corrective action rather than face an adverse public review. Take your business elsewhere.
