They were kind and patient. I also noticed that the prices they have up are for the medium (16oz) cups. I do recommend that if you get a normal cup of coffee you ask for extra of the flavor and sugar if you prefer sweeter coffee. But overall amazing. P.S. the chocolate covered coffee beans are amazing (in my opinion).

They made my coffee perfect to order one of my favorite places to go when I'm in Medford Oregon I'm from California and I do not believe I've ever seen a human Bean there so definitely a treat for me did excellent job can't wait to come back and have another coffee

We couldn’t even drink the coffee. It was burnt. The cups were Overfilled and spilling hot liquid everywhere. It’s not even coffee. It’s powder and terrible. Now we went to the one near the Costco so there’s obviously a possibility that other sites know better but the product is awful. Do not recommend.

only wish is that you could make boba tea less sweet.. competitors offer unsweetened liquid base with boba being the only sweetened part.. definitely more accessible and convenient than competitor
