Everyone has their favorite coffee shop drive-through. I've found that The Human Bean is mine. The coffee itself has the perfect roast which is not too strong or acidic (like Starbucks) or mild with sweet notes (like Dutch Bros). I can't drink those fancy blended or iced drinks due to dietary restrictions, so I depend on my hot or iced Americanos and soy lattes to taste amazing.Dietary restrictions: They carry a variety of non-dairy options including soy milk, which some other coffee shops do not carry

First off, we ordered our drinks and they charged us for an extra one we didn't order. The Sugar Mama we ordered had literal sugar granuals in the bottom of it when I've never had it made like that. The girl who gave us our drinks didn't even know which coffee was which. I also ordered a decaf coffee that tasted like water. It was disgusting. I have had 2 good decaf drinks out of the 10 times I've bought them. I am tired of wasting our hard earned money on drinks that just go in the garbage because they are that bad. Will not be going back.

Why do they bother to ask what you want just to give you what they decide ?Husband had ordered a white coffee. They said no problem . After they excepted $$ & given change , we were told they don't have white coffee. I had ordered an iced chai . Pretty sure we both received chocolate milk .

Went there for a BOGO promotion they had going on blonde girl was rude and short with me. "You need to come back at 2pm"I get that maybe they can't do anything about a promotion but it was the way she treated me. If you're gonna be in customer service maybe be a little kinder. The other girl was rude as well when I came back 3 hours later acting like "she remembered me" being all sarcastic. Don't think I'll be back no thanks.

Great find !I'm in from out of town. My body is on a different time zone ! I needed coffee and didn't want to wake up the house, so I snuck out and found this little gem ! So glad I did.Great little lady filled my cup & made my day !
