The building is amazing. So much to look at the patio was beautiful with cozy fire pit tables. The service was great and the portions were huge. I had an amazing experience and we will be back. Manager told me about the large spomoni tubs to go and I’m glad she did. I’ll be keeping that stocked too.

Excellent service at Old Spaghetti Factory! Went in with a large party for my birthday and they made a huge deal got the entire restaurant singing Happy Birthday to me. Our server was absolutely fantastic and the other staff we encountered was fantastic and professional as well. There's not many restaurants you go to where you are greeted immediately by a great host, get a great server and great service, checked on by a manager, and any other employee walking by. Highly highly highly recommend!!

I had a wonderful experience at The Old Spaghetti Factory! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. What really stood out, though, was the service. The servers were incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive throughout the entire visit. They made sure everything was perfect and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Especially felipe. It’s always a treat to dine somewhere where the staff truly cares about your experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I absolutely loved my meal at this place. From the moment I walked in, to when I left, I felt like I was treated like a “GUEST”. I was pleased with my meal. I had the Chicken Parmigiana and it was sooo good. I enjoyed every bite and almost wanted seconds like I was at home… I can’t say enough about Shelby… short blonde, SUPER sweet and was perfect at her job. I enjoyed the service and the food was excellent. I definitely recommend.

Came from Reno to celebrate my father's 86th birthday, who lives here in Medford. They have come here a few times. However, this time was not the same experience. My dad really admired the decor of the restaurant and wanted to share. Unfortunately due to the restaurant taking on more than they could accommodate, we couldn't. They had the bar closed for a private part. No one else could go in the bar area. After placing your order. Ww received bread and salad and still no drinks. We had to ask 3 times for our drinks. Waitress very rude about it, basically, she let us know, the people with that had the reserved bar where priority. Then they served my mother's special order item, to the wrong table. Finally after realizing the terrible service we were receiving, the manager came over and apologized and said she would be discounting our meal. However, that was a joke too. Paid full price for a disappointing 86th birthday dinner that was a flop!
