The people that waited on us were great and the inside of this restaurant was comfortable, but the ramen and sushi lacked the depth of flavor that I'm used to. I would go back, but wouldn't go out of my way to do so.

Rolls are great, the ramen is pretty good although I didn't care for the canned mushrooms or corn in my ramen bowl. Fresh ingredients are my preference. I do hope the owners will read this and not take it as a jab but as a positive criticism. Service is always great and will continue to dine here.

YUK! I love almost every Asian cuisine and eat one dish or another most meals so I know good food from bad... this was terrible. Greasy tempura that looked straight out of COSTCO with 95% greasy batter with the thinnest imaginable slice of onion or zucchini and shrimp so small you miss it when examining the next bite. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but to a TOSU restaurant (no idea how they created a chain of a half dozen or so of these greasetraps). Even MickeyD's is a healthier option for you and that's just crazy.

The food is really good and the staff is nice, but I ordered pick-up before I left for my lunch, drove there, and still waited 20 minutes, which was at least 15 minutes after they said it would be done. Every time I order from them, they are very slow. I didn't get a chance to eat it on my lunch and had to eat it while working, which made the tempura one a bit soggy. That was very frustrating.

I've never taken time out of my day to write a review; however, I had to for this occasion because the server we had yesterday evening was funny and awesome. I did not get a name but she had short hair. It was a very pleasant experience.
