Service sucked. Their were 2 Girls and a drunk guy talking to them. It took a while for them to help me. One of them was not very knowledgeable about what I wanted., and the guy there made fun of my Coffee when they called it out. I was going to buy some Coffee, but these 2 gals were busy with the drunk guy who was being honestly a nuisance. Too bad. My Latte could have been better if she was doing her job. ???

Great coffee and gift shop ... my husband loved his gift of coffee and his NineLive shirt. A great company with a great story.

Excellent coffee. Got the dark roast. Bold coffee. Glad we could support a veteran. This would definitely be a nice Christmas gift for person that has everything. Our barista was Megan, ironically she is from Ohio too. Very personable.

Traveling through. Saw there was a BRCC, am familiar but haven't had opportunity to visit one. Cause is amazing. Staff...not so much. Not particularly friendly. Being a training manager in the world of corporate customer service, it might be fair to say I'm more particularl about the service aspect of things. However, aware of the challenges of customer service, I always greet whoever is working. Eye contact. Never on a cell phone. "Hello. How are you." That kind of thing. These ladies.. Flat. No smile. No engagement. Little response, even when spoken to. The women in front of me was buying a fair amount of merchandise. She was excited, expressing having wanted to visit for some time to the girl ringing her out. Girl at register looked at her, expressionless, and then said "Do you want the receipt in the bag?" That's it! Nothing further. My advice, consider and appreciate what you are apart of. It is bigger than serving coffee and selling appearl. People stop for the experience. People stop to support. People stop to be a small part of that "bigger picture" your brand is built on. So...Dig deep. Connect to that cause. And next time, Deliver! Nonetheless, more than happy to have the opportunity to support.

Coffee was good, sandwich was wrong! Ordered the sausage breakfast sandwich and they sent bacon! Muffin was okay, nothing special and bagel was just okay.

WOWZA!! I got the iced/blended 1776 (sea salt caramel & mocha) & it was excellent—I just wish I had gotten a larger size!!!!! My daughter got the caramel frappe with extra caramel & whipped cream & it was the best also. Young lady preparing the drinks was fantastic at her job—smiling & pleasant!! Highly recommend. Oh & they are dog friendly too.

Says it opens at 6:00 a.m. I've been here three times in the last month after 6:00 & the doors are still locked. 6:30 a.m. is when they open. Also word to the wise, they shut the the espresso machine down early in the evenings, though the store is still open. I'm a repeat customer I travel through multiple times a week-- but the posted hours are not reflective of when they offer coffee.

Saw the billboard on way to Florida & had to make the slight detour! Just a little over a mile from exit, this is a must stop for coffee lovers & those wishing to support a Veteran operated business ?? Purchased excellent coffee as well as fresh ground coffee to go! Discounts offered to military & first responders ?? Highly recommend!

YUMMMM So good I got 2 drinks while I was there and a tumbler and some of their JB k cups. Service was fast and place is super clean. Will be back!

This is the second best coffee I've ever had, second only to fresh coffee in Costa Rica. I'm not exaggerating! I went six times in six weeks and every time my coffee was consistent in taste. They were quick and the price is much cheaper than national chains. Plenty of 1 lb pounds in both ground and whole bean to take with you. There's a nice trail system across the street if you need a little exercise.
