I had to wait 25 minutes in the drive through to get a simple biggie bag and a double stack that I ordered in the app. TWENTY FIVE MINUTES!!! The line was not even long, but the length of time they took for each car was ABSURD!! And then I didn't even get my double stack I ordered and so I had to spend additional time pulling back into the store to go inside and collect food I paid for. I will NEVER be back to this location!!

I’m really not one to leave reviews but the experience I had at Wendy’s was horrible. I placed an order at 6:45, at 7:15 I checked on my order but no one had started it yet. It wasn’t until 7:45, and hour later, that I got my food. During that time the cooks were talking about smoking marijuana once they got to go on their break. Not a big deal that they smoke, but customers don’t need to be hearing it… not to mention once I got my food, they gave me the wrong flavor nuggets, the wrong flavored frosty, and forgot a burger. I also watched a customer ask what salad was pictured on the menu, it took every chef and member of kitchen staff trying to figure it out until the manager came out and said what it was. (A seasonal product that hasn’t been in stock in over an year) Overall, this location needs some serious managerial help. The food I did receive was ok.

It's a fairly typical Wendy's but that's not a bad thing. They had vanilla frosty when I went and apparently had just gotten it in. I've always found Wendy's to be in the A tier of fast food, and this location was no different. Honored our coupons and we're friendly, with decently quick service.

After a long night of walking. Some friends and I wanted to have some breakfast in the morning and we were exhausted and starving. We set our things down at the table and the managers I believe were having some sort of meeting in the lobby area. The manager leading the meeting walked over to us and very rudely told us that if we don't buy something now, then we are considered loitering and will need to leave. We obviously were planning on eating hints why we were even there in the first place. But to be so rude about it and pushy was ridiculous. Not only that multiple employees were going into the bathroom that was occupied and locked and had someone in there using tbw bathroom. And I'm guessing they thought that the person was in there too long or something but none of them knocked. They just put the code in and then kept going in and bothering the person in the restroom. When the person came out I asked him if the bathrooms were a single bathroom or stalls because the employees were not knocking and just walking in. And he told me that it was a single bathroom and they kept going into the bathroom he was in and harassing him. Usually this Wendy's is awesome. And I honestly was shocked the first time I ever came in here and seen how nice the workers are. And at one point one night I got stranded and my phone died and I needed somewhere to charge my phone and they allowed me to charge it which most places won't do anymore unless you have money to buy something. But the other day for some reason was not good customer service from them like I normally get.

I use to give this place a low rating. Everytime we went through the drive thru it was always 20 mins plus! And didn’t work well with a lunch break. I don’t know what they did different but they are much faster and the pot holes have been fixed in the parking lot! Good job guys!!!

Probably the worst experience I’ve had at a Wendy’s, I understand lunch time happens lunch rush is something I’m familiar with, I knew what I was getting my self into when I got on the very long drive through line but when a Wendy’s employee tells me my food will be out in 2 minutes and has me pull into a parking lot and 10 minutes pass and I still haven’t received my food in my opinion there’s no excuse for that. I still have both my receipts my order receipt and my refund receipt and from the time that I paid for my food till I was able to get a refund (refund took less that 1 minute) 13 minutes had elapsed and I understand that in the grand scheme of things 13 minutes doesn’t seem like a lot but when you on lunch break every single minute counts especially when you are in the mentally of I’m just getting fast food.
