Wetzel's Pretzels

Be careful of this place! Not only are the servings small and overpriced, but I caught the cashier adding $2.50 tips to my order without asking. 22$ for a pretzel and a half with 3oz of cheese?

Shame on you!

I remember when this place served fresh pretzels not any more. The pretzel was stale and the nacho cheese sauce was so salty, we couldn’t even eat it.

Been coming to the mall for years and usually get something from here, definitely overpriced since prices are going up everywhere; but the nostalgia is the best part. Tastes fairly good and great to share with friends.

Who the heck pays 15.00 for a bag of pretzel bites, a med Pepsi and 1 oz of cheese? Me! But never again..

This use to be a enjoyable experience, but now I won't go there again. $10.99 FOR a bag of old cut up pretzels? They use to be fresh puff pieces, now I'm sure they take there older pretzels, cut them up, place them in the bags, like day old pretzels. Watch what you get! What a way to start your shopping experience with your grandparents.

$11 dollars for a small sized bag of pretzel bites … and small cheese that tastes extremely salty can make you GAG……. pretzels themselves do not taste anything near what they used to be very doughy ….some not even cooked thoroughly

It's way too expensive, didn't get our order right, and then said it was going to more money on a mistake they made, not very friendly and the kicker there was a hair in our pretzel. Very disappointed.

Great taste, rude staff, high price.

This place is outrageous expensive, weird demeanor from the staff and they started filling the pretzel bite bags only half way! When I mentioned it the woman on the register she was shocked that I said anything. The pretzels are now also super greasy, gross. We Will be going to Auntie Annes’s from now on. The people here seem a bit scammy.

The owners are rude and have horrible customers service. As much as my kids love the Wetzel bites as a treat, we won’t be back after multiple horrible experience with their staff.
