It's way too expensive, didn't get our order right, and then said it was going to more money on a mistake they made, not very friendly and the kicker there was a hair in our pretzel. Very disappointed.

This place is outrageous expensive, weird demeanor from the staff and they started filling the pretzel bite bags only half way! When I mentioned it the woman on the register she was shocked that I said anything. The pretzels are now also super greasy, gross. We Will be going to Auntie Annes’s from now on. The people here seem a bit scammy.

Don't go here!!!!!! We got burnt pretzels. When I went to exchange them the guy was so rude to me that I changed my mind and asked for a refund. He argued with me that they weren't burnt, but they were clearly burnt. I wish I would've taken a picture now, but believe me when there's black on every piece of the bottom of the pretzel, it's burnt. He didn't want to give me my money back and was very argumentative and put them back in the case and told me now I can't sell them. And I said no you shouldn't have sold them in the first place. To which he was even more angry and rude. But I politely but firmly asked for my money back, and he begrudgingly gave it. On top of which he was very rude to my daughter, who originally purchased the lemonade and pretzels and water. And speaking of lemonade. It's not very good at all and it's warm. Terrible food. Terrible service.

The owners are rude and have horrible customers service. As much as my kids love the Wetzel bites as a treat, we won’t be back after multiple horrible experience with their staff.

Cool place to pay high prices for food poisoning. The service is unique, have a guy who probably doesn't even work a 6 hour shift be standoffish and rude while up charging you for your low effort mall snacks. Imagine going to the mall and skipping out on this authentic mall experience of buy overpriced garbage and getting sick from it. ?

Our server raised the price to extra, she took 3 dollars more when the price was 6. We were treated poorly and talked down to as if we were stupid. I don't suggest coming to this spot.

$30 for 2 pretzel dogs (that were severely scorched!) one with supposed jalapeños, 2 cheese dip, and 2 drinks. Spent less on the entire mall trip! Awful, rushed service. Wouldn’t recommend!

Kinda disappointed this time. Ordered Cinnamon Nuggets and they were torn up pretzels. Was very early in the day so possibly they hadn't made any yet.
Pretzels are often undercooked and still tastes like dough. Got diarrhea from there twice already wont try it a 3rd time

Great pretzel place in the mall. The employees are always working quickly to complete peoples orders. Pretzels always taste fresh when I get them.

We enjoyed the Pretzels, but were totally scammed by the guy at the counter, who said he'd give, only me, a great deal on drinks, i asked what kinda deal? Long story short, i fell for it and out of embarassment, paid 10.80 for two lemonades. I was a fool, i know, but have talked to two dif folks said hed done the same to them! Boycott from me!
