The Wharf Seafood Co is hands down my new favorite spot in Medford. The staff greeted us with genuine warmth and made us feel right at home. The food was fresh, the Arnold Palmers kept coming, and the service was what truly set this place apart. Highly recommend.

Clam chowder a little salty but plenty of crab tops Louie salad. Prompt, attentive service in old fashioned seafood diner. Reasonable prices.

Where to begin. Lets start at the front door. Greeted by flies and not greeted by the guy who kept walking in from the kitchen eyeing the bottles on the bar shelves. Not even a “hey someone will be with you in a minute.”

Five minutes later a young server came out and greeted us. She was personable and took us out to a table on the patio. Props for having small fans on the tables to keep the flies away.

We reviewed the menu and it took some time to wade through the tide of selections. Never understood having to read a book of a menu to find something to order. We ordered drinks and received them fairly quick. We ordered our food and waited. We joked while we waited that there could at least be a television available to view them catching our selections and driving them back from the coast. Thankfully we like each others company so that made the wait bearable. Pretty sure snapper takes only 6 - 10 minutes to cook.

Food finally arrived. Fries were cold. My shrimp and crab sandwich was meh. The wife had fish and chips, also meh. Overall not very impressed especially after reading reviews.

The day was warmer than the fries. The music playing and company were the best part of lunch.

Awesome! Great service! Friendly staff! You can sit inside or out and it was great weather so most people sat outside. Food was good

Honestly, I was shocked at how amazing the food was! Usually seafood, this far inland, isnt the best.....but this places food was better than many places that sit on the beach! Fresh, cooked amazing! Their breading is light.....All around impressed. And the drinks, AMAZING! Will definitely be returning!

I think that this is the best place to get fresh seafood in this area. I am impressed that any restaurant in this location can be as successful as it is. I think that’s a testament to the quality and chill vibe. Without the 4 hour drive to the beach.

I ordered the halibut and it was overcooked and dry and over seasoned. I found a hair in my food. Sooo many flies if you sit outside. The flies were insane. The bucket my husband got the shrimp tasted like beer and overcooked. The kalibasa was overcooked and tasted like beer. It was dreadful.

I am just disappointed, my sister recently turned 21 and was so excited to go out and get a seafood boil. She was carded when we got there, as she should have been, then told her ID was fake, even after the manager looked at it. they gave us the ID back, I offered to have them scan it but they do not have a scanner, we left frustrated and embarrassed after this ordeal. Not sure how to feel after this but definitely disappointed that the staff is not properly prepared when given an ID of a freshly turned 21 year old.

Delicious! Nice little seafood place. Busy! Waitress said they get seafood deliveries from the coast 3 times a week. The crab Alfredo was amazing. Friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Would not return based on this experience. Fried calamari was more of a calamari fritter (doughy), and the portion of cod on the Captains Platter was disappointing. We also ordered the red snapper (grilled) dinner entree and the fish was smaller than a deck of playing cards. Two of the entrees we ordered arrived 5+min after our other two entrees were served (party of four).

Ordered The Halibut w/mashed potatoes and veggies. Halibut was overcooked. Mashed potatoes were cold. Veggies were barely blanched.

Sat on the patio. The musician performed the cover songs well.

Service on the patio was not good or present. There were 4 tables of patrons. An employee tied his German Shepard up on the patio towards the service door. It barked loudly and anxiously the entire time.
