My dad and his wife were visiting and wanted Seafood. We ordered a Crab Louie and two Cold Water Lobster Tails (that also came with salads and a choice of baked potato, mashed potatoes or rice). They were out of potatoes (???) and offered rice or French fries. All of the salads contained multiple pieces of slimy, old, wilted, black lettuce. We brought this to the attention of the waitress and did not eat them. The lobster arrived and it was raw - (clear opaque, gelatinous and jiggly). We asked to have them cooked a little more. 10 minutes later, they came back STILL way undercooked. My dad’s wife chose to give up on it at this point. I sent mine back for a 2nd time - telling them I would rather have it overdone than under done. Another 10 minutes goes by and it comes back out… STILL very undercooked. At this point, I also gave up. As I told the waitress, if I was paying $19.99 at Red Lobster, we wouldn’t be so picky. The market price on these lobster tails was $48.99 each. They ended up not charging us for the 2 lobsters, which was appreciated… but we left disappointed and still hungry. Our final bill was $54.99 for a beer, 3 glasses of wine and the Crab Louie because my dad decided to eat the crab off of the top of the nasty lettuce.. We tipped $20 in cash as it wasn’t the servers fault and will not be back.

Always a pleasant experience. Great food and its perfect for a relaxing lunch. It was the first time I've taken my mom there and she absolutely loved it.Parking: It's kind of a struggle but I've been fortunate everytime.

This was a Saturday night. They were really busy. I mean, slammed. It only took 15 minutes to get seated. On the downside, it took 35 min to get our food. During the wait, we were visited by the owner. He apologized for the delay and then proceeded to talk with us as we waited. Awesome guy, great owner good experience. Oh yah the food. I've been here now a total of 6 times. I haven't found a platter here that is horrible. Very tasty food, well prepared, and at a decent price.

First time eating here . It was Friday so i understand that they were busy. My mom and I got seated pretty quickly but then waited 15-20 just for our drinks ( water and a soda) . We ordered the specal that night. Fish was very good. The meal came with a nice house salad and bread. But for the price for the "special" that night personally i wished i had gone for the battered cod that other tables had ordered near us.

I ordered the 3pc fish-n-chips. The code was really thick and kind of dry. Sort of grossed me out. Was there with my mother and wife. My mom had problems with her order, needing assistance, but the server didn't come back.

I ordered take out and got the text that it was ready. When I got there it wasn't ready and I had to wait probably another 10 minutes so all together from the time I ordered it was an hour and a half. I ordered fries but was given rice and here is a picture of my beer battered asparagus spears I paid $14 for. There were only 6 very skinny spears. It was busy there so it must be good but sadly my experience was not.

The Wharf in Medford had two sides to its story. The steamer bucket of mussels stole the show - plump, juicy, and swimming in a garlicky, white wine broth that had me begging for bread. Unfortunately, the lobster roll fell flat. The lobster lacked flavor, and the mayo dressing felt generic. Service was friendly and attentive, but the prices left a slightly salty taste in my mouth. For the mussels alone, I'd consider a return, but the uneven execution and hefty price tag make it a tough call.

1st time eating here and unfortunately might be the last. What they advertise and what we received it was definitely not the same. We got there and hour after opening and the 1st table to be seated. Just got fish and chips, 2 orders very simple. Soggy, wet, not seasoned fish, no crisp batter at all. Fries were definitely store bought and tasted freezer burnt. The tarter sauce was also store bought and nothing whatsoever taste fresh besides the lemon slice.
