I received a gift basket from a friend from this company. I have nothing but good things to say. The treats and arrangements and simply lovely. Hopefully the reviews on here will reflect that from others, in due time. Thanks Wolferman Bakery!
Wolfermans was completely unprofessional in fulfilling their end of the agreement of product purchase. They changed my delivery date 4 x after me calling to find out why it was not delivered as promised. I wish I had read their reviews before choosing wolfermans to gift my family at Christmas. Doesn’t help that call center is in Nicaragua.

Messed up my order as well. Ordered on 5/3 for guaranteed delivery before Mother’s Day. I am submitting this review on that date and order is still in transit - and likely rancid by now. I got a refund, but little consolation for my mom who now doesn’t have this gift on a holiday to celebrate moms.
Wolferman’s Bakery is part of Harry & David. They offer fresh bakery delights like bagels, scones, waffles and breads. I received the Easter breakfast box with fresh bagels, strawberry jam, chocolate marshmallows, and baked pastry. It also comes with a cotton Easter tote.
Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free and other products for restricted diets. The delivery option was fast and nothing spoiled. Packed very well. A great gift for all ages.

They do not respond to complaints on orders.
WOW - I am SAD! Can I just say how sad & frustrated I am with Wolferman's Bakery right now, a company that I "loved" and have referred many people to! I just had an HORRIFIC experience with them and their non existent customer servicer team. I need to mention that this experience is the icing on the cake (this has happened to us on our last several oders from them)! This has been going on since last week! We placed an order and it said 1 item will be delivered on August 2nd and the other item to the same person/address will be delivered on August 7th. Long story short, on Friday we received an email stating the one item will not be delivered until August 30th. This will not work, we contacted the company and were "Guaranteed" that the one Sandwhich Kit would be delivered on August 2nd & the other item would be delivered on August 7th! I get to the office this morning (Tuesday, August 2nd) and see an email from Wolferman's saying that the item is "no longer available" so it won't be delivered today! Are you kidding me? So I call and get a customer service rep. that said she couldn't help me - she said she "needed to put me on hold to figure out what to do!" Mind you I asked for a supervisor when she answered the phone. I was then transferred to "Ray" with Executive Services. Needless to say - his response was "I have heard it before, I don't know what else I can do for you!" WOW - OK! Thank you for not caring if I wanted to remain a "customer"! I am gabbed smacked at the Customer Service process for that company, or the lack of!!! They said it would be delivered several times to us on August 2nd and just give excuses for the chat, the emails, the voice mail messages, customer service & the executive services teams. I do not understand at all! How about work on the entire customer service process to make it the best instead of just giving excuses & not providing good solutions! There solution was for me to pick another item to get delivered "when ever"!! Not a solution!
purchased a breakfast basket "breakfast" and paid the delivery charge for again, a breakfast " basket , for it to be delivered in the evening ?? it's a breakfast basket not an evening basket . $150 i could've called a bagel shop and gotten there on time for BREKFAST !!
I had written a complaint but I received a phone call from the higher management of wolfermans and they assured me my order would be resent if my recipient did not receive their order on the day it was due. ***** didnt assign the tracking number so my order couldnt be traced.I am happy with the result I achieved going above the call center. They have earned my future business. Thank you.Sincerely,***************************
I telephoned Wolferman's and spoke to a customer service representative as I wanted to order the Wolferman's Signature Bakery Tray and gave her the order number. She gave me an order number for the Signature Deluxe Tray, which was incorrect so I told her to make sure that the Deluxe Bakery Tray wouldn't show up on my order. She assured me that it wouldn't be on my order. I repeated the order number for the Signature Bakery Tray which she repeated back to me. The next day I received an e-mail confirmation on my order, which again was incorrect as the Deluxe Tray was never removed. I telephoned Wolferman's again and spoke to a different customer service rep. this time. She informed me that the Deluxe Tray was removed from my order. The recipient of my gift received the Signature Deluxe Tray, which was considerably more expensive than the one I ordered. I feel Wolferman's and their representatives don't seem to care about the customers and that Wolferman's should deduct the monetary difference from the Signature Deluxe Bakery Tray from the Signature Bakery Tray. There was supposed to be a 10% discount for new customers which I also mentioned to the rep.

My family spent around $100 to send our cousin, who had just been diagnosed with advanced lymphoma cancer, a package from Wolferman's. The delivery was left early in the morning on the front porch, soaked entirely, and ruined. When my cousin returned from chemo, she found a package or destroyed goods. We contacted Wolferman's. They wouldn't return calls on the phone or contact via email. This woman had just been diagnosed with terminal cancer, and Wolferman's wouldn't even acknowledge lousy service. These people deserve to rot in hell. I mean that in a very open, friendly Christian way. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE PLACE AT ANY COST! Especially if you're trying to help someone who is dying from cancer. #WOLFERMAN'S SUCKS
Ordered a Christmas basket 3 weeks before Christmas. On the 21st they called to say they had run out of baskets and would not be able to deliver even a substitute basket until the 15th of January. They offered no compensation or apologies.
Horrible company to do any business with especially holidays time c. Cannot even employ anyone who remotely speaks English . Tried in vain 4 days to cancel orders and get refund . Avoid these people and all of their holding companies unless you wish to be taken advantage of . I will let the media know as well
