Xilatil has such an amazing and creative menu AND they deliver on all the uniqueness and flavors

This is one of my favorite places in the Rogue Valley. Friendly staff and super delicious food. The vegan chorizo in the California Burrito is so good.

Incredible find in an imposing strip mall serving a creative variety of Latin inspired dishes. Chilaquiles Mole were simply the best, patacon apps and staples like shrimp tacos. Our server was also the part chef/owner and the one responsible for the delectable moles and salsas. Just go there when in Medford, you will not be disappointed. Nice selection of drinks from a full bar, the Xilakil Margarita a spicy wonder of tequila and the rest.

Our first time in tonight and by total accident but Holy moly!! This became our new favorite place. The service was amazing, and the food even better. Easily the best food we have had in the valley in some time and look forward to trying more of their menu.

We've been eying Xilakil for many months, thinking how inviting it looks. Finally having eaten there, we were not disappointed. The staff/owners are friendly and helpful and the food is delicious and reasonably priced.

Definitely one of the best Latin fusion food I’ve ever had. The mole sauce is incredible. Love the hospitality of the owners who btw cook all the sauces themselves! Kudos!

Really enjoyed the people and the food here. We had a chips & guacamole appetizer, a tamal plate, a chile relleno, and a churro bowl for dessert. Also had a margarita— delicious and not stingy on the tequila.

Service was very good but the food unfortunately was pretty bland. Kind of expensive for the small portions. The Churros were good though.

Great burrito, with prompt service. What more could you ask for. Prices are more than fair for what you receive and the presentation of the to go orders is great.

We were traveling Oregon coast with the family of two young daughters-enjoying the views and the tastes of local food. This stop was definitely the highlight. Great variety of Latin fusion. Attentive staff. Highly recommend for an evening out
