We go here a decent amount. However when we went today we were looking at the menu the lady said it would be awhile she has a few to make ahead of us. we told her not a problem a few minutes later our group decided on what we wanted and stood at the window waiting for her to have a few to take our order and she said I told you I am very backed up with orders and I am not taking anymore for quite a while so might as well take a seat. It was abruptly rude we chose not to order there 5/26 around 12-2

Please update your hours. I arrived at 11:30 AM on Wednesday and everything was closed. This is disappointing and inconvenient as I drove here expecting it to be open as stated on Google. The time it took me to get here was my lunch break and because of the incorrect information, I missed my short window for lunch.I haven’t eaten here so I can’t review the food. I’ll update my review upon the company’s diligence to correct their online hours.

I don’t typically leave reviews unless they are 5 star because I like to keep my negativity to myself but I go to this location A LOT and the serving size is inconsistent and so is the consistency. Yum berry is my favorite place to eat because it’s delicious and healthy and I go to other locations as well BUT this one is the only one where it takes forever to get the food and I always feel like I’ma bother by going in to order. Which is making me want to go in less. Customer service is severely lacking.

Much talk from staff that these are slum owners. They hardly allow their employees a break and it’s a fight for them to take lunches. What’s going on here?? Your workers are your backbone not allowing breaks isn’t okay!

Ate about half of my smoothie bowl when it was delivered & it was soupy, so I put it in the freezer & then went to eat it again at my lunch & started chewing something that wasn’t breaking down. Turns out it was plastic. Don’t eat here!! This is disgusting.
