Service took way longer than necessary. employees were more concerned with chatting with each other than making sandwiches. My family had to wait over 30 minutes when there were only two people in line in front of them.

I worked here in high school most kids so it's a small town but the current workers don't know what to do they don't know how to act in front of customers. And a 30min wait. And when I got to the front they informed me that they ran out of bread of bread at Subway

It took a very long time for the sandwich maker to get to us and make our sandwich.. A young girl who I would guess was her first job. We were the only customers when we arrived and she was making a order for someone who called in for 2 sandwiches. Waited about 20 minutes from the time we entered until sandwich was done.

I ordered 2 sandwiches online.They were supposed to be ready at 5:30 PM.My husband showed up.They knew nothing about it.My credit card got charged.Still didn't know anything about it. And to add to the frustration, I can't get the manager's number.I have to go in in the morning and I'm sick.So I expect to free sandwiches and my money back.And if those are not given to me I will continue to post on here about how bad service you have online.

Have eaten here a time or two. Don’t recommend. Staff is extremely slow, not friendly AT ALL and communicated to me while eating. I would rather go somewhere else in town that is way friendlier and has better quality food.

Not friendly to neighbors who live close in proximity. One of the employees would walk while eating a subway cooking, and that was not an enjoyable sight

As someone who used to work there I can fully say this place is disgusting, in the Bain where food sits its nasty, I found a moldy pan, mold in the case where bread sits, it’s just disgusting. And the restrooms they don’t get cleaned I felt as if I was the only one who did it..

They have the wrong closing times online and on the front door. Everyday seems to close at a different time. Also extremely unsanitary. Didn’t change gloves when operating register and making sandwiches
I gotta give some props to a worker named Kiersten. They were incredibly friendly, patient, and made sure my sandwich was exactly how I wanted it. The way they handled everything so smoothly, even during the rush, was impressive. Their attention to detail and positive attitude always makes my day. She always has great small talk when I pick up my occasional sandwich on my way home from work. Her sandwitches are always unmatched; I've had sandwitches from other people before, but they never live up to her excellency. 10/10, hope to have another sandwhich from her again soon!

My wife ordered a tuna sub. I ordered their fiery meatball. The staff member asked what bread? I said jalapeno as thats what the picture shows. She says she needs to clean her station after every-time she uses that bread because its toxic? I said, ok?! I went to the restroom while she made my wifes tuna. When I came out she was helping another couple and my wife said she had questions on how to make their sub? I waited until she finished the other couples subs and another customer came in. She asked me if she could do his before mine since she has to clean the whole station anytime she uses that bread. So I patiently sat down and waited. Keep in mind she has my wife’s sub behind the counter this whole time! After she was done with that customer, she asked if I still wanted my sub? Yup, still hungry. She said she would start on it. After a few minutes another customer walks in and she starts helping them. I walk over there and she asks again if I still wanted my sub? She says she will start it after this one because she needs to clean her station whenever she uses that bread. So I wait. She finshes up and then asks me what sub and size again since she forgot? I told her again and she starts asking what I wanted on it, so I read the description off their sign menu for her. She even asked me multiple times, so I read it multiple times. I finally got my sub after 45 minutes. My wife got a soggy 45 minute old tuna sub. I feel bad for whoever invested so much money into this place to make it look nice. Oh yea. Both bathrooms were wicked nasty. Towels flowing out of trash onto floor, urine all over floor in puddles and toilet looked like it had never been cleaned in its life.
