Dutch Bros Coffee

The kids working here are loser thieves. My $6 coffee flavored milk drink yesterday updated in my account to $22 and change. It's not a mistake because I had thought something weird was going on the past few times, I always order the same thing and it's always different amounts. I stopped tipping for that reason the last few times and they still came out $11, $13, & $9. Merry Christmas I guess, pathetic.
Also, when you all do a round of hit the dab pen in your little shack and then open your window when a car pulls up, that smell dumps into the car, if you're stealing this much from people, I would think you could afford some quality grass, no?

Probably won’t be ordering on the app at this location anymore!

Always have a good experience at this location, this recent time wasn’t exactly the best. It was raining, there were a few cars in line, we were the last vehicle and wanted to make life a little easier for the runner/order-taker sooo we decided to give ordering on the app a shot.
Runner came to our window to take our order and we told her we ordered on the app. She double checked on her iPad and specifically said our order won’t be ready til the estimated pick up time which was in about 10 min. Then she went back inside, this wasn’t an issue since we were the last car and there were still cars ahead of us. So we figured our drinks should be ready by the time we get to the window.

(By the time we get to the window there were some cars that pulled up behind us of which we assumed have not ordered) We get to the window and the same runner greeted us and told us to circle around or pull off and park and wait til our estimated pick up time to come get our order. This did not make sense since we were the last car to order and they didn’t have any other orders. I was going to explain our confusion to which she cut me off and stood her ground(I see another employee making drinks similar to what we ordered) Not wanting to escalate the situation we just parked off to the side.
We wait and noticed the next car ordered at the window and waited for their drink, again this did not make sense since our order was placed why did we have to wait longer then the next car who hadn’t ordered yet??

I go to the pick up window and noticed our drinks sitting there. The guy was nice and gave me the drinks. This was just an unfortunate experience.
Ordering ahead at Dutch bros in Walla Walla was a much better experience.

Love this DB. They know my order. They know I like a surprise when it comes to how many extra shots I order. They are always smiling, and they talk to you like you are a friend. Wonderful people who work
