Kelly's has great food and a fun atmosphere. I love going there with friends!
Food was awful. Fries were old and dry and stale with no flavor. Waitress was indifferent and I told her it wasn’t good and she didn’t care. Charged me $3.99 for my side of fries when the menu said the sandwich came with fries. The onion rings were massive, no flavor and the breading had a chunk of chicken inside the side of the crust of the onion ring I ate.
