I love the food, the friendly staff and the warm atmosphere!

Kelly's has great food and a fun atmosphere. I love going there with friends!

Food was awful. Fries were old and dry and stale with no flavor. Waitress was indifferent and I told her it wasn’t good and she didn’t care. Charged me $3.99 for my side of fries when the menu said the sandwich came with fries. The onion rings were massive, no flavor and the breading had a chunk of chicken inside the side of the crust of the onion ring I ate. The environment looked cool but the waitress could have cared less. No tip for that kind of attitude. Server was Nicole T.

Kelly's has a wonderful kitchen.
They always have a inventive and appetizing daily special , and when you walk in the air is permeated with delicious smelling food.

Granddaughter wanted to go there for her birthday.

This is a lovely Irish pub. Absolutely delicious food. The homemade chips are amazing. We will go back.

If I am charged $2 extra for onion rings I really do expect more than 6 rings (3 large + 3 small rings). If I'd known how few of them I'd get I would have just gotten tots and saved the extra $2. That being said the food here is phenomenal!!!

Service usually ok depending on who you get. Food usually decent. I'd avoid the lunch specials. Usually not great and not really special. Small menu but some good selections.

Employees are entirely ignorant on state law In regards to service animals. My fiancee was told i was "mouthing off" for clarifying that we actually aren't required to provide documentation (ORS 659A.143)
And indirectly told I would be thrown out if I did so again.
A second employee then felt it necessary to try and police how my fiancee were interacting with his service dog (petting her, her sitting on his lap) and argued with me when I tried to inform her that whether or not a service dog is allowed to be pet /held is entirely up to the owner of the dog.
Obviously I can't prove that I wasn't being "mouthy" but I very much don't think that I was and neither does my partner.
I hope to never have the misfortune of being in this situation ever again. If you have a service animal, I'd go anywhere else if I were you unless you enjoy being harassed by staff. Very disappointing. Disability law is free to read about on the internet.

Staff great-ish. Rachael is solid. The rest are fake actors pushing democratic politics. One of the bar patrons said he was the son of a senator but couldn’t remember her name…his own mother…The music doesn’t fit the vibe and needs a rework.

I have been here a few times but today the lunch was dynamite! Their steak wrap is so amazingly delicious. Between the pepperoncini pared with chipotle sauce oh so good. The Ruben was delicious and you have to try the inhouse handmade chips!
