Very personable. All the wine is delious and loved the cozy home atmosphere and coversation. We will def be back soo they made my bday!!!
What a delightful experience. I feel like I got this amazing education in area winemaking from owner and winemaker Roger. Super down to earth experience in this adorable boutique tasting room. If there’s just one wine tasting experience I could recommend, Los Rocosos will absolutely make your day.
I visited this winery in early June and was warmly received by the owners. The atmosphere of the tasting room gave me a sense of welcome and get comfortable. We sat in comfy chairs and it was like sitting in someone’s living room and trying some really good wines. It was a wine tasting experience like no other and I live for wine tasting. I also was lucky enough to meet the four dogs they have and I am a huge dog lover too. I walked away with some really delicious wine and feeling lucky that I got to meet the owner and had a wonderful conversation and wine. The drive there was also amazing as you drive through mass acres of wheat fields. Definitely going back again.
Roger is an excellent sales man and has a number of inspirational stories about choosing to be a winemaker
This winery is a wonderful stop if you want to feel well-connected with the area, learn fascinating facts about wine and viticulture of the valley, and spend time chatting with a very kind and engaging owner. Roger was an absolute pleasure to chat with, and made us feel like we were honored guests. We were lucky we had plenty of time when we stopped because we got caught up so much in chatting with him that we lost track of time.
Of course the wines are very good too, especially the Tempranillo! It was so cool to learn about where all the grapes came from (most from his vinyard, but not all), and how the different geology impacted the grapes of each varietal. You can't beat good wine and good conversation! Definitely check this place out!
This is your chance to visit with the actual wine maker. So many wines to taste. Phenomenal whites and reds that are to die for. Pet friendly and people friendly ♥️. Best of the valley!
Beautiful quaint winery with a cozy tasting room and unique wines. Because the tasting room is on the small side, I reccomend letting Roger and Lucinda know ahead of time that you'd like to come. I can guarantee that you will be impressed by both their wealth of knowledge, and their hostmanship.
Gracious hosts and excellent wines. I cannot say enough nice things about this vineyard and its owners.
Fantastic winery to visit in Milton-Freewater, OR! Roger and Lucinda have so many delicious wines to choose from and have so much information about each one it's hard to choose what to purchase. A must visit!!
What a great wine tasting experience! Roger gave the four of us a wonderful tasting with patience, he not only shared his wine and Vineyard with us but his knowledge and willingness to answer all our questions. Thanks a new found favorite!

Gracious hosts and excellent wines. I cannot say enough nice things about this vineyard and its owners.
There’s a reason everyone else, including me have given Lucinda and Roger 5 stars. They are absolutely fantastic hosts and make great wines! In everything they do, you will see the care and effort they placed into their space. Their tasting area is comfortable, and talking with them to learn more about their vineyard and backstory was an all around great experience. I would highly recommend you patronizing these wonderful and people.
Best Wine Ever!!! Can order from anywhere. Very knowledgeable about product and process. Just all around Friendly Inclusive and We'll Ran. Order by the case... Just One bottle is not enough.
Roger Lemstrom of Los Rocosos Vineyard is turning out to be the most amicable host I could have ever expected. I am an artist planning a trip to Oregon wine country to paint at the lovely Vineyards. Roger was quick to invite me once he learned of my intentions and even sent me a few bottles of tempranillo in anticipation of my trip. I am wholeheartedly looking forward to painting at Los Rocosos and continuing to enjoy the delicious wine and taste some of the other varietals offered in his new tasting room.
Great wine tasting experience , definitely something different for everyone to try out , Roger makes every visit feel like home
