Incredible variety of delicious wines, delightful owner-hosts, & a lovely setting - totally recommend!!! We visited on a Thursday, but they're open thru' the weekend and well worth a visit!

If ever the expression “Diamond in the rough” applied, this little piece of wine heaven is the place. Roger, the wine maker, and his wife and wine partner Lucinda, exceed any and all expectations on every level!

In a wonderfully quaint tasting room, Roger and Lucinda gave us a very personal and in-depth understanding of what it really means to grow and make wine in the Milton Freeman Rocks AVA. Their journey is an exciting tale of the critical importance of doing the educational work necessary to truly learn the craft before trying to make fine wines. Growing most of their own grapes, in the heart of the Rocks District AVA, every bottle, of their more than a dozen varietals and blends, is an exceptional addition to Roger’s eclectic range of magnificent award winning wines. If you are lucky enough to be invited into the “64 degree office” you will see the display of a dozen amazing wines draped in multiple medals from very prestigious ratings.

Stop in to see Roger and Lucinda and you will come away more knowledgeable about “Rocks District” wine. You’ll also have a few bottles of great wine to take home and some new friends in the wine making business!

The best wine tastings are a social experience. Good wine is not that hard to find but good to Great wine in a wonderful setting with wonderful people is what we're all looking for. This is that place. If you're coming to Walla Walla there are a lot of great wines produced here and you'll have no shortage of wineries to visit. But do yourself a favor and put this on the list. I love the Grenache and the Sangiovase , but there was so much more. Roger really loves what he does and it shows, and the he shares the joy of wine generously with everyone who visits their home. The Tasting Room is relaxed and eclectic. And there's a dog, what more could you ask for. This is the sort of place that will make time for every time we come to Walla Walla.

What a delightful experience. I feel like I got this amazing education in area winemaking from owner and winemaker Roger. Super down to earth experience in this adorable boutique tasting room. If there’s just one wine tasting experience I could recommend, Los Rocosos will absolutely make your day.

I visited this winery in early June and was warmly received by the owners. The atmosphere of the tasting room gave me a sense of welcome and get comfortable. We sat in comfy chairs and it was like sitting in someone’s living room and trying some really good wines. It was a wine tasting experience like no other and I live for wine tasting. I also was lucky enough to meet the four dogs they have and I am a huge dog lover too. I walked away with some really delicious wine and feeling lucky that I got to meet the owner and had a wonderful conversation and wine. The drive there was also amazing as you drive through mass acres of wheat fields. Definitely going back again.

This winery is a wonderful stop if you want to feel well-connected with the area, learn fascinating facts about wine and viticulture of the valley, and spend time chatting with a very kind and engaging owner. Roger was an absolute pleasure to chat with, and made us feel like we were honored guests. We were lucky we had plenty of time when we stopped because we got caught up so much in chatting with him that we lost track of time.

Of course the wines are very good too, especially the Tempranillo! It was so cool to learn about where all the grapes came from (most from his vinyard, but not all), and how the different geology impacted the grapes of each varietal. You can't beat good wine and good conversation! Definitely check this place out!

This is your chance to visit with the actual wine maker. So many wines to taste. Phenomenal whites and reds that are to die for. Pet friendly and people friendly ♥️. Best of the valley!

Beautiful quaint winery with a cozy tasting room and unique wines. Because the tasting room is on the small side, I reccomend letting Roger and Lucinda know ahead of time that you'd like to come. I can guarantee that you will be impressed by both their wealth of knowledge, and their hostmanship.
