90% capacity focused on pumping drive through speed so I had to wait 5+ minutes for help with order (self order machine would not take payment). Fries were overcooked. Otherwise, exactly the service you expect from mcdonalds, just slower, more expensive and smaller quantities than 5 years ago

I was passing through Milton-Freewater hot tired and thirsty. I had been anticipating getting an iced caramel macchiato I waited in the Drive-Thru behind two people, got my turn to order and waited in line. I got up to the window where the food comes out and waited again for 10 minutes all the while looking through the windows and watching the employees do exactly nothing. Finally a young guy comes to the window and tries to give me someone else's order. I corrected him on the order I was supposed to be receiving and he went away. And I waited some more. Then a nice young girl came to the window and told me that they would begin making my drink and would I please wait in the parking lot. By this time I was fed up. So I let them keep the the four dollars that my drink costs and drove away not even looking in the rearview mirror as that is the last four dollars McDonald's Corporation or franchise will ever receive from me. Inept unprofessional and incompetent and have absolutely no idea what customer service is or should be.

Nasty floors. Clueless employees. And the food is disgusting. Size portions decreased and the quality of the food is about as good a flame broiled leather boot. I will never be spending money here ever again. Infact this is the McDonald's I'm quitting with I'm never eating McDonald's again because this chain branch can't even make dogfood correctly.
