Since our local Papa Murphy's closed in College Place, WA, I am not going to Milton Freewater, OR location and love it. So friendly and nice and love the drive thru.

Everything usually goes great! I don't like paying tips before service on online orders, this can disrupt service pre paying a tip...And services of making a pizza to cook is not like a pizza cooked to enjoy with a waiter or waitress. I don't think tips should ever be required or asked for prior to service period...pay your people better. Its pressure of forcing tips without service.

This location needs more employees for busy times! More often than not when we call in to order, the wait time is over 20 mins. and quote often it is more. They said 25-30 mins today but it took 60 mins. Not enough help there!

We ordered 2 pizzas a Chicken Artichoke and Cheese. I asked for extra chicken. I was very disappointed in the pizzas. Skimpy best describes the amount of cheese and Chicken. It's like they are cutting back on toppings to make more money
They seem to be real busy doing anything but making pizzas.
