I’m not picking on this location because I believe the food is shitty at all their locations. I would like to add that the way I ordered it on the Internet was not how they made it. I don’t know if the problem was with the crew or with the software, but it taught me a lesson. I wanted a cheap meal, $7.00 is relatively cheap, but ugh, no bueno. This impacted me enough to keep me away for another couple years.

Waited 10 minutes at the front counter hoping someone would take my order. After finally being acknowledged, the worker pointed at the kiosk like a caveman and refused to help. No other customers in the store, dead slow. I was in awe of the lack of service. Gladly took my business elsewhere. Will never return.

Went there to day and ordered i ordered a doritos cheesy gordita crunch cool ranch a crunch wrap 3 chalupas a cheese quesadilla, soft taco and a rice bean and cheese burrito. Well I heard them making the gordita! They instead ripped me off not only that but everything was cold! The bigger lady there rushed me out the door as I was making sure everything was there the crunch wrap didnt even have the crunch in it! She was soo dang rude will never go there again!

Time and time again, I order my burrito with sour cream and extra cheese. I pay for the extra and never get them. I even tell the person at the window that every time I come I pay for it but never get it and they say I will make sure we put the extra cheese and sour cream yet it never happens You would think I would stop going there instead I start ordering a different item and the shellls are always old and stale.

The kiosks are located about 20 inches off the floor. I hope you like to get on your knees to order food.... What a terrible design choice. How about, if Taco Bell refuses to pay enough people to keep the store operational then they should at least put the kiosks at a level that can be used by normal height people that are not children or wheel chair bound. Also they won't help you until everyone of the drive through is gone. If you walk in you will be waiting for everyone else that showed up after you to be helped first. They people that walk in are not helped until no one is on the drive-thru. I also ordered items with steak and cheese. I got beef as in seasoned hamburger beef and no cheese. I will never ever come back to this location ever again. The food was also dry and the entire store smelled like burning tortillas.

They close before the time that there supposed to and that’s every night
There was 4 cars parked in the parking lot not only did I call before 1 AM when they close I was in there driveway. They REFUSED to take my order, they refused to make my food, and he kept saying we close at 1 AM Ma'am we already have been putting food away. I then proceeded to knock on the window, they ignored me. I called the store again and he said sorry Ma'am the store is closed. Not only was I there before closing, he was arguing with me on the phone to pass time, they did not come to the window, he was very rude and disrespectful as well. THIS IS NOT OK...
