Last meal we received there 1 week ago was supposed to be 2 munch boxes. We'll there wasn't any boxes and all our food was just trown into the bag. Food was stale and hard... not fresh ! A mess of fries scattered throughout the bag, nacho cheese container upside down. This has happened before. Staff outside by the back door laughing and smoking cigarettes. Poor or rude communication. Regional management needs to Hire the right people who care to serve the Public. This is absolutely the worst food service we have ever paid for. Service is not great here - you have to order through the self service or you’ll be left standing there, restaurant was messy and sauces not stocked, and they don’t call your name when your order is ready.

Worst experience I've ever had at a tacobell twice now at this location don't expect to get food within an hour of posted closing time. They will lie and tell you they are closed. Call you a liar after you try to redeem a free meal because of said issue prior and managers that refuse to "name drop" give you their name to report the issue. Ridiculous behavior from a large fast food chain management needs a complete overhaul.
