Always great service & food. We love arriverderci! We have been going for years, and will continue to do so, bringing friends & family each time! Shane is one of our faves.
The older woman that owns or manages the wine bar was incredibly rude. We won't return.

Many of the best jazz artists in the Portland area perform regularly at Arrivederci. It is worth going just for the music. I wish the food was better and the service was a bit better however.
Made reservations for 5:30 for our Anniversary, upon arrival we stated our names and the hostess informed us that our table was reserved for 8:15?!?! No saying 'hello' or 'welcome' just that you'd better hurry ?! And no mention of our Anniversary that I informed them of on my reservation? Been here numerous times and was so disappointed,,,, did not set our celebration evening off at all?!? What happened to customer service and feeling 'welcome' when you walk into a restaurant to celebrate a special event? Unsatisfied customer 😡 (she was the long haired blond working on Sept. 19th at 5:30)
So sad and dissatisfied

put me in corner at the bar and basically forgot anout me. I guess i wasn't their type and wanted me hid from others. I live around the corner but i think they don't like my money. The music excruciating loud when they were warming up right in front of me. Reminds me everytime why i go elsewhere

I come here when my friend's band plays live music here. It's extra special on music nights. The waitstaff is funny and extremely helpful, and the food is great. Drinks are great too!

Great food and great staff! We are always happy to visit for a date night or weeknight dinner out to enjoy a good meal and great people!
Restaurantji Recommends
While our calamari appetizer was underwhelming, all four of us enjoyed wonderful entrees and the service was stellar!!!
Always a great night of entertainment with Barb and Bo. The food was amazing, but I had to steal some utensils from a table, since we weren't given any at the bar. We will be back!
This was my first time at Arrivederci Wine and Jazz Restaurant and I was not disappointed. As a matter of fact, this is an excellent and top notch restaurant and wine cellar that I will definitely not only recommend but I will be making this one of my go to place. Everything was exceptional. The food was delicious. The wine was delicious. The atmosphere was lively and very clean. No dust or cobwebs anywhere. The staff were very polite, knowledgeable, helpful, and attentive to the guests. They had live music which is always a bonus. So much fun and completely satisfying. This is definitely a jewel located in Milwaukee, Oregon.

What a great find! We were a party of 4, 1st visit for all of us & we cannot wait to go back! Apps = bacon wrapped figs & bruschetta, both very tasty. We all tasted each others plates (gnocchi, sun-dried penne, raviolis) & it was all great. Lava cake & lemon ricotta for dessert was also delicious. Service was prompt, polite, attentive & smart (brought us separate tickets without us even having to ask). We got there early so not a lot of crowd noise and we were able to enjoy a few songs before we left. We didn't have any problem continuing our conversations while the music played (& it had gotten a lot more crowded) but no complaints about noise here. The band was the Shamus Hanlin (sp?) Quartet. Impressive! We're new fans now of both the restaurant and the band!
We always go on evenings with live music - usually a trio or quartet of very good musicians.
