I was so excited for a chipotle to open that's not at the mall. I went in today for lunch and got a bowl and got steak and it was burnt. I couldn't even eat it because it tastes horrible. The salsa was also very watery. Looks like if I want chipotle I will be going to the mall.

Just went and it was SOOO dirty! Nothing wiped down, old food all over the spot where they make the burritos and bowls, trash overflowing and on the ground and tables were dirty as well. It was NOT busy either and a lot of the employees were just laughing and hanging out (which I get, they’re all teens) it was just disappointing. I hope they clean up.

Ordered on the app and went through the chipoltlane. Super easy. The portions were great. So happy this place moved in down the street!

We really enjoyed our food here! Very good. The tables are set up, so your surrounded by the line of customers while eating. It's very awkward! I'll return but take it to go!

Iker was super helpful. Put in a last minute order for one ton of burritos, and they not only got the whole thing together but brought them to my car. Super helpful service!

Workers where more focused on closing then helping a customer. Stood there while an employee just looked out the front door non stop for 5 Minutes just to be served the smallest portion on a bowl and the smallest burrito I have ever got at a chipotle ever.... work on your staffing and portion sizing..for the money that's ridiculous

Huge fan of chipotle and excited for them to add new location but…for the shop to have just opened a few weeks ago they have shown little pride in keeping it clean. Floors were not kept, tables had food left on them and just a level of lack of pride.

The food was great! The service was good. But the lobby and food prep area was so dirty. We came in at 11:15 on a Monday. I think they opened at 11:00. The floor had not been swept. Drink area needed some attention. It was pretty shocking how dirty it was.

Don’t eat here if you want normal portion sizes!!! This place is not for youWent there with my boyfriend on my lunch break, it was pretty busy at the time of arrival, 2pm. It took about 15 mins in line before our order was taken. There was only one person on the like, one person on the cash register, and 5 or 6 behind them doing online orders. The either store owner or store manager was there doing interviews, and didn’t take the time to help in between interviews. It was pretty sad. We orders a bowl, burrito and taco. We kept asking him if we could have a bigger serving, and he said it would be $5 more dollars. We said what for? He said because they charge extra for double helpings. We then said that’s not even a normal serving. We moved on with the ordered, because I only had an hour. I still can’t believe we paid $29 for something we could have went to Taco Bell for and got more food for less money. It wasn’t just us complaining about portion size either, while paying people were saying can I have more rice meat. He said for $5! Unbelievable. After reading all the reviews I’m seeing it is actually a problem. We won’t be retuning to this one, we will happily drive to clackamas town center.

Uncooked veggies. Not enough food for 16 bucks a pop. Should have gone to T bell.

I have been a Chipotle lover for years. I was so excited to learn this location was opening so close to home. I never leave reviews but this is the third extremely disappointing meal I’ve received from this location (I kept trying to give this location a chance). I usually love the grilled peppers/onions but the green peppers in my burrito and quesadilla were literally raw. The portion sizes of the burrito bowls are much smaller than what I’m used to. In addition, the kids cheese quesadilla I got for my daughter had virtually no cheese. Extremely disappointed after paying $50+ (and a tip) for dinner for my family, it was not entirely edible. Will not be returning.
