I used to love this place. The last 2 weeks the food and service have gone backwards. Hardly any chicken in the burrito bowls and they forgot the cheese and another served white rice instead or ordered brown rice
I am a caregiver and this review is for Zuleima, who provided patient and highly hospitable service to my client with support needs in receptive and expressive communication. When faced with a customer interaction / situation that is more uncommon and not as seamless as others, she maintained a friendly attitude toward me and my client and allowed them to take the time they needed to independently place their order. Nice employees, and food was fine. But maybe teach your crew to Clean their work space….
