McDonald's is a reliable spot, known for its consistent food and friendly staff. The service is always available, with staff willing to help with any issues, even when they're busy. Recently, customers have noted that the staff, particularly Mara, is super helpful, offering solutions when things go wrong. The menu offers a range of options, including the popular Big Mac and sausage egg and cheese mc griddle. Food is usually warm and comes out fast, ensuring a positive experience.
While the drive-thru is considered good and employees are friendly there, the lobby experience can vary. Some customers have found the lobby to be sketchy, with incorrect hours and different service levels depending on whether one orders inside or through the drive-thru. Despite these issues, the food quality meets expectations, leading to a positive overall impression.
