Aaron delivered my pizza and did a great job. There may have been a minor delay—Domino’s even sent a follow-up email offering to make it right—but my order arrived within ten minutes of the ETA, piping hot and complete. Aaron was professional, courteous, and respectful.
Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the woman who answered the phone when I called the store. When I asked to speak with a manager, she interrupted me twice with, “My shift lead is about to step out—how can I help you?” in a tone that was dismissive and full of unnecessary attitude. Repeating yourself with sass isn’t customer service—it’s condescension.
If you’re aspiring to leadership, respect and humility go a long way. Creating a negative space over the phone and speaking with that kind of energy is not how you become anybody’s shift lead. I hope this moment becomes a learning one, not a defining one

I placed an order online, but it said the payment didn’t go through—yet the money was still withdrawn from my bank account. Since the order never showed up in their system, they claimed there was nothing they could do. They wouldn’t refund the charge or even take my order over the phone to fulfill the meal I had already paid for. Now I have to go through my bank to dispute the charge just to get my money back. All I wanted was my pizza! Needless to say, I’ll never return to this location again.

Don’t know why the delivery driver started talking about politics and begged for a tip. Just give me the pizza. very werid employee… just fyi if anyone get some werido as the delivery driver. He had cockroaches coming out his car too. Pizza was soggy too. Just beware!

The app was having technical issues and rejected my order a number of times. When I called in to place the order I had to be transferred to a manager to be able to use the deals and redeem reward points that I had used in the app, after which I was immediately hung up on without a return call.

These cats always nail my order. Am a picky eater and generally order the same thing every time, and it's tasty and consistent af. Usually the night crew handling my order. On top of that, the drivers are so dang friendly, and aren't worried about the noisy dogs who are only barking because they know there is someone at the door not petting them. They're very demanding.
