We've always gotten their breakfast burritos (delicious), but this time I decided to branch out and get their tacos. I wasn't prepared for the spice, but they were delicious ?. Will be back again.

Be prepared for LARGE portions! I go here often as it is close to the Public Storage where I have a locker. They have friendly service, the food is always delicious and served quickly. They are also very accommodating if you want any substitutions. Oh, and they don't scrimp on their fabulous horchata by filling your cup with ice!
They have a few picnic tables (covered for shade), but they are in a parking lot on a busy street.

Vegetarian options: Not being a vegetarian, I haven't specifically looked for vegetarian items. However, they are very accommodating and would gladly make a vegetarian substitute.

Parking: Don Chico is in a strip mall so there is parking available. Looks adequate. But I've only ever walked over from the storage so I'm not the most reliable source.

Kid-friendliness: Given the variety of foods they offer combined with their willingness to accommodate a picky child, I'd rate them kid friendly. But if you have a kid who needs to run wild during meal time, I wouldn't recommend sitting at their picnic tables. Their in a parking lot, remember?

Wheelchair accessibility: Yup. Easy to roll up to.

Super friendly and fast service. I ordered the chorizo burrito for breakfast on a Sunday. It was ready in about 5 minutes. Crazy hot! I liked that thr burrito was rolled super tight and absolutely stuffed. Unfortunately, there wasn't much chorizo in it, the beans and rice inside totally overpowered. Not a ton of flavor. It wasn't bad by any means, just good.

Food and service here is great, usually a little busy but not too bad. This is a food truck, so perfect for ordering meals to go, if you want to eat onsite they have a few newer tables which is nice however hwy. 99E is pretty noisy.

Food is great, and they are good and doing substitutions or changes! Customer service is great, always friendly. They have added outside tables with umbrellas which makes for a good lunch break, a quick grab and go or for a family sit down. Burrito in picture is a breakfast burrito with birria for the meat option. (birria, egg, hashbrown and cheese)

Quesatacos are awesome! Make sure you get at least 3. It's a parking lot food truck, so not much to do about the atmosphere. Everything else was great.

Love me some Don Chicos! The restaurant in OC is awesome, great selection of food and perfectly priced. I stumbled across this mobile Don Chicos on McLaughlin Blvd while on a stroll waiting for a vehicle to be pretty'd up at Washman. The selection is obviously not as grand as the restaurant, but still a decent showing of some of their staple dishes. I elected to order the huevos rancheros with ham and I wasn't disappointed. Don't the the image fool you, it was super tasty and wasn't far off with their brick and mortar(other than plating, but you're at a food cart :) I always, always order a refreshing jamica to wash down da chow!

Completely average and ordinary Mexican place. Not a lot of flavor, but nothing wrong with it... A meal that I forgot within a few minutes of finishing it.

The folks here are always super friendly and they make the BEST fresh burritos. Hot and flavorful. My favorite is by far the breakfast burrito. Yummy and stuffed FULL of tasty GOODNESS. Great quality, amazing food all the time. Well worth the stop!!

I love this restaurant! Breakfast all day, tasty, delicious large portions that fuel me up.

If you want mexican food on Mcloughlin, go to this food cart. My favorite is the all meat burrito(Asada) They have the best avacado salsa in all the lands. Atmosphere I put a 4 star because it's a food truck, but if you walk 50 feet to the store creature comforts(In the same parking lot) you can see a 30 yr old Parrot named Ruby.
